Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

Neiko, was the DC a bit too racey for her...Man , there you go again...mentioning the Panama Haze...would love to do a grow
with four of those...Cheers bud...:passitleft:

If i was the type....i could market your gear....can't figure out why it hasn';t gone to the moon yet...ffs.
Get ready Doc...like i keep sayin,...they're comin,..and they aint gonna stop. Your system/gear has so many attractive qualities that it would/should be easy to market. Every single chance i get i sing it's praises....your never ending help and guidance as well. Just a fantastic , all round' great experience. Cheers my friend....:passitleft:

Yes,...what we should be pushing now with Doc's gear is it's abilty to be recycled. That quality goes above and beyond what other systems are all about. it's so important in today's world. Cannabis is/has taken off....growers will be looking for ways to stretch the package. I fully believe Doc's system is the easiest , most repeatable , successful method available. Not enough growers know about it .
A5...ah yes,...the Haze....:passitleft:
Enjoy the night JM.

Thanks for all the kind words Duggan.

I think we're in the phase where we're growing roots.....not much action up top, but the foundation for future succcess is coming along.

I think the main thing to get to the public is that High Brix soil isn't just one of many "methods," but is actually scientifically proven to create the most frisky microbes and thus the highest nutrient density possible.

Just because someone's cousin has a friend who grows in Mendo and has a traditional soil mix doesn't mean it's optimal. And if a local mix is indeed optimal (not likely, but possible in certain areas outdoors) it's not reproducible!

With my gear, ANYONE can have optimized soil, no matter where you live.

Grats! :yahoo:

I've been smoking primarily Hazes lately and whew, boy, yeah, there's something different about 'em. Ima feel kinda thin in the head, y'know? I need a few days of some stonier stuff.

So, I'm recommending against the Neville's x Malawi. This GT x Oldtimers is kicking my ass. I feel like I could just ... disintegrate away. Your better half would NOT enjoy it. Heheh, actually, you can imagine what I'm like on a teeth-grinding buzzy, flit-eyed Haze. Right? :D

Got some DC auto coming up in a few weeks - and I'll need it. Meanwhile, I'm getting along with some 3 yr old White Panther, nice and decarbed, a little more CBN, etc. Feels like a fuzzy robe after the Oldtimers.
I need some of that Gray! How long did that GT x Oldtimers take anyways?

LOL, it went 201 days under 11/13.

In fairness, it only got 35 days of veg and took 6 more weeks before it grew a single pistil, so more like 160 days in bloom.

I don't recommend trying a pure Oldtimers. PotChimp got his ass kicked twice trying to run it a tent. This was a cross to a rather compact Golden Tiger.

If you w:)ant to try Oldtimers, don't give it any veg time and do it under a 10 foot ceiling.

Have not heard of monkey paw. The ole PP is supposed to be around I always keep my ears open.
Monkey paw was really popular in Mid-Michigan in the mid to late 80's. The buds were sold still on the stick and they curved at the top, it looked like a monkey hand. It was a real treat when that was around. I only smoked for a short time during high school and that stuff was the most memorable. I think it is even on leafly.

Yeah even I haven't attempted that one. The Panama x OTH was challenging enough. I'm hoping the addition of Malawi to the A5 will make it manageable. ACE isn't giving any flowering times with these testers, I guess that's why they are testing lol. From what I read though I'm expecting 12-16 weeks depending on phenotype.

Get some Panama Duggan, I ordered some beans too, sounds like a good intro into sativas! I’ll pop mine later this fall.

Well they got the right guy, your off to a great year, enjoy and good luck.

I can't do it in my current situation....I only have a 6.5' tent. I will wait until we move to our dream spot and I will run it in a bigger place. Will scrogging it keep it manageable enough to try and pull off?

Thats crazy that it took that long to throw pistils!

I haven't personally run one in a scrog yet, but know a breeder who has.

I recall him commenting to veg until you have filled no more than half the screen and then flip.

Continue filling the screen after flip, then after that.. well lets hope she don't shoot up to far at that point.
OL..u know a breeder that has run the A5 cut...???

It was rewarding, at least. I just jarred it and got 167 grams, 5.89 ounces, out of a plant that ran 201 days total. That's 0.827 grams per day, blowing my record out of the water. :slide:

A five foot plant in a 15 gallon tub yields pretty well! :hmmmm: I may have to try that again.

(I realized that I screwed up the math. It ran 201 days total = 35 veg, 166 days under 11/13, about 120 days from first pistils.)

Here's the top:

I’m pretty sure @GrizzWald once grew a version of Neville’s Haze. Different cut obviously but it was a gorgeous looking plant, by my memory. I have a pic of it saved as a strain I’d like to grow one day (it’s right next to the pipe dream of Lemon Paki! ;) ). Can’t wait to see you grow it out neiko, and Duggan too! :slide: :yummy:

Thats a hell of a top!

@Duggan I have heard a lot of varied times for running Neville's Haze in general. None of them are very appealing LOL. You better have a good stash and some time to spare before you grow one of them. I hear 120+ days isn't uncommon. But have never run one.....have a few beans but haven't run em yet.
