My new grow space

Truly I do. I'm pretty OCD about my girls. I'm struggling with bringing my remaining plants out lol.

I think I'm going to pick up a humidity Dome today for my seedlings. Air temp in their sideways tent was 68°f this morning, but they are sitting on heating mat , then on a foam pad which had a confirmed temperature of 84°F. The soil is still quite damp as well.

Sounds like we have the same OCD issues... I'm not sure if we have a sponsor that sells them... I picked up an Ink Bird thingy... lol! It's a plug in thermostat... plug it in, set the temp as in High and low range... I think there is a 3 degree variance. And it has two outlets on the bottom one says heat the other cold... (or something like that...) and the temps u set energizes that plug and viola... temps stay where u want them! I think it was like 50$ Canadian shipped to my door... (give or take a bit).
Can u tell I just got into my Cinderella?lol... oops... im rambling......

Don't be telling Guy that! He's already talked me into a road trip out to see Flytier, 34 hour drive or so... next thing I know he'll be asking if there is trout in Whales!
I already have Intel on that one......im originally from the same continent as our new friend lol. Just a bit further north!

Honestly Peeece, like it took any convincing at all.....pmao! I'm jonesing to saddle up....id love to have a fresh harvest under my belt to share on a sick road trip! Over a lobster dinner....or after.....or before.....or BOTH!

I have an inkbird. Do you think it would help me in my winter situation? For sure when cooling too becomes an issue, not sure how Id setup the cooling portion of the plug and play situation. Might only need to turn heat on when needed? Also, because I have light separations, I can definitely feel temperature fluctuations in my space. 10° or more for sure. Where would be the best place for the invite; with the heater?

Hahaha that dog is mint
My boy. Love him to bits. Has a 120lb Blonde Giant schnauzer.....super rare. Normally the blonde ones are euthanized at birth to prevent the colour from becoming mainstream......so barbaric!. Sadly, his hips are going. He still expects a Saturday and Sunday morning trip to the dog park, so regardless if his health or the freezing temperatures, we load him and my other pooch up and head out. This morning he got there and could barely walk on the Snow due to the temperature, but it's all about his happiness and the mental and visual stimulation at this point in his life....even if it's just a car ride.. He's 9, his expectancy is 8-10. He and I have only had each other for 4.5 years, but it's been the best 4.5 years of my life . I wouldn't trade 1 second with him for anything.

I'd use the inkbird... just for the heat... I used mine right up until harvest... mid Dec... before this real miserable crap hit... I had two holes in the floor drawing in cold air and used the inkbird to control a small space heater in my grow... a small ac unit for the cooling... the ink will activate that plug when the temp gets too high... but u don't need that now... maybe 6 months from now...

Your boy will definitely benefit from having the infused oil rubbed into the pads on his paws Guy, you'll just have to try to keep up with him then lol.

I have treated our family dog this way and worked tremendously well.

The beautifull world of animals. I cant imagine beeing without my dog. It would tear me Up. I think Its beautifull that you are taking care of him/her like that! Kudo's to you.

My dog is 4,5 years and shouldnt live older then 3 months! After Some vet visits he is now 4,5 and the most lazy dog I have ever known... Also the kindest btw :p

Have a great weekend Guy and just transplant the girls in garbage bags? People think you build a shag for the shit lol!

The infused oil....do you mean the THC/CBD combination or just the CBD oil ginja? I've heard as recently as yesterday that THC toxic to dogs. It was on the radio. I've heard so much conflicted information......Id love to know the truth once and for all.

Hey NS, what can we say......those that know the love of an animal are that much better off. Their own subliminal healing abilities are out of this world. Plus as Sweetsue says, the JOY they bring is a healer in itself.

I have a big dog also bro. And a YORKSHIRE terrier. At the moment Coco is 19weeks old and one or two lb under 3 stone . Cane corso X English mastiff. Looks amazing with my little YORKIE haha

All vertebrates animals have an endocannabiniod system, from us humans to the wee fishes swimming in the sea.

It's really difficult when the media don't do there homework Guy.

There will be a massive veterinary increase in cannabis use for most cared for animals. .

I would try the thc/cbd as a nice balance and see how it goes.

If cannabis can't do any physical harm to you it's the same for anything with a spine.

Thanks ginja.....i had thought that too. My reasoning was that we are all mammalian lol.....same idea! I had posted about administering CBD and doses to my beloved K9 companion months ago and had asked for advice, but smartly......and understandably.. ...nobody answered. I can't say I blame anyone. My boy wouldn't be with us anymore if it weren't for the anti inflammatory effects of CBD. He's been off alk pharmaceuticals for exactly the same duration as he's been on his oil. Strange coincidence.......doubtful!!

Thanks for the advice!

I adore the Cane Corso breed. Big dogo Argentino fan too. They're getting too heavy to lift into the truck though lol......oooowwwcchhh, my achin back lol.

Here's my little hydro girl today. I'll update better tomorrow......night all!

I'd like to see her roots. She looks good topside.
Thanks Scrog. Those extreme temperatures over the weekend, I felt that I should not continually open up my garage door and blast them with cold. Hence the slow down in snapshots LOL.

Well she hasn't completely filled my 5 gallon pail yet, but her roots are getting better and the brownish color that was on the earlier in the week seems to have subsided once I changed my reservoir liquids.

My res temps are definitely cooler though, around 62°f. My air temps in there are stable around 72°f. Presently giving her full strength DNF, as well as Grozyme at 2mls/ litre. My buddy has suggested Hydrosparkle for my water......although it doesn't appear unclean/unclear......suggestions for anything that would blow this girl up?

My buddy Shopgrow on here just got a Mastiff x puppy too. Sophie is her name.

As promised......tonights update!

Got a pair of seedling trays and domes today. Shown sitting on my heat pad here.....so far I'm 5 for 7 out of the soil. I had 7 taproots going in.

Next are my 2 ATF girls (fingers crossed). They should be in a tent by tonight too.....tough moving pot plants around a home with 5 people in it lol. Especially when only 2 of us know about them. Luckily they're still quite small and easily hidden.

Some shots of the girls as they seem to be making a recovery after me drowning them. They all show overwatering damage on their fans......Nice going Guy!!!!

Next is my DWC White Cookies. She's cruising along now......i had a scare with what I thought was rot or something on the roots when I saw them Browning.. .....turns out the minerals in the Grozyme are the cause of the yellow roots.

Think that's it for now......dare I say cruise control already lol. Nice not having to battle outside temps as much. Today it's +1°C outside.
