My new grow space

Nice.... I got the idea of counting the days from you, just never put two and two together LOL. I'm doing the fish Emulsion fertilizer with the ffof soil for now.

Good thing you're growing indoors. You'd otherwise have lots of feline visitors. The stuff stinks, doesn't it?

I thought about the fish emulsion you're using and then wanted to supplement my own soil. Since I already have some good organic activity on the go, I gave it a little boost with some molasses this evening. Get the microbes pumping out their nutes.

How do you feed them molasses? Teas?

Just warm up the water and dissolve . Apparently when used with voodoo juice and pirhana it forms a symbiotic microbeast environment that roots love. I couldn't find any at the store though. May have to look better or just Amazon me some

So what's the purpose of the sugars? Obviously it's for the soil and not the plant. P

If I pollinate my female with it's own pollen, will those seeds be a clone of that plant. Or will I get different phenos?
Isn't it only males that produce pollen?

Concentrated it stinks. Diluted like that I could barely smell it at all.

Mind if I ask you something quick

Do ppm readings not need to be as high for organic like bio grow or the go box line up in particular?

I'd like to attempt a grow off advanced nutrients one with an one without. But just curious .

Thanks only ask sue to fact organic info in your post bud .

I got voodoo juice no pirhana though .

Heres a question...If I used Silver Thiosulfate to generate pollen from a female plant and collected some of it. Could I then use it on a female of another strain? Would the resulting seeds be feminized and would they then grow to be a cross of the pollen collected and pollinated strains?

Yes you can use it on another strain and the seeds will be feminized. The last part is yes, but I can't tell you what phenotypes you can expect.

You will likely get many different traits from each plant. Stabilization of your new strain will only begin to occur after a few generations of breeding the similar phenos. Ie you want purple plant so you aim to only cross the plants that display that specific characteristics. However even seed banks will say in their descriptions there are 3 distinct phenotypes of this strain.

No bad ?s here King.....you know that lol. Im positive, but I think the idea would be to get your reading as high as possible without hurting the plant just like with salts, not sure though that my PPM reading went all that high when I fed the fish fertilizer. I will make a point of mixing up a batch later today and taking a look..... Great question. One thing I do know in particular is that the general Organics Go box lineup, is not really organic. It is only organic based. There are still salts in the Box.

That isn't a source of cal mag though is ? Only msg corrrct ?
Blackstrap molasses is high in calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium. It also contains sulfur and a host of micronutrients.

Great question Scrog..... my knowledge base hasn't quite reached that level yet, but I'm glad that there are guys on here that are able to answer you

.. ..So why are they saying that, because they haven't back crossed them enough times?
