My First Time Growing

Here are pic's of Harley and Casey outside the tent in normal lighting like I said I'd post. I suspect they may be different strains because the colors of the plants are different. The first Pic is of Harley, followed by Casey

If you look at them, you can tell that Harley (first pic) is a more vibrant green (at least to me) than Casey. But this being my first 2 plants ever grown, I could be way off and they may be the same. Just wanted to get these pic's up like I said I would earlier. The pot on the floor is the one that used to hold Jordan.

I know they are big, but it's only because I had so much help right from the jump. I was lucky enough to find 's journals just after my seedlings sprouted, I originally found 420 in November of 2015, but didn't really know how to use it. But without the members of 420 (especially the one that took me under his wing, PJ,), I would probably have given up by now as I had NO clue as to what I was doing. I owe my entire grow to all these "guys", but thank you for the kind words.

I also still have Minnie in the tent (She's taller than Harley & Casey, but not as robust. I will post a pic of her in this post that I just took a couple hours ago, But she's still just starting the flower mode and has only been in the tent for 20 days), I made the decision to defoliate her today because no light was reaching the lower nodes. I also have 3 other plants vegging in the bookcase along with the clone and one seed (The New York Power Diesel) that is still germinating. I checked back and it has been in between wet paper towels inside a seal able Tupperware dish in a dark place (I spritz it a little every day a little to ensure they stay wet) now for 5 days with no signs of the tap root yet. It's a Sativa, which from my reading around here, seems to take longer to grow (and I'm assuming germinate as well).

Sorry! I'm rambling again. I'm just glad they are doing so well. Yours look great too Jimmie and you did it with no help. You should be proud of yourself! Your babies show that you love them!! I'm sure they will give you a good harvest.

But she looks a lot better now! I just wish it had been Minnie instead of Jordan that turned out to be male, Jordan was big like Harley & Casey

You're right that you were lucky to find I feel the same. My harvest will be a fraction of yours if I'm lucky, but it's fine with me! It's a pleasure to be watching your girls go.

Minnie has grown a lot since that pic! And she's much healthier too.

Found a new avatar that looks exactly like a pic that was taken of me when I was working. I don't have the pic anymore, but this one is eerily close to the one I used to have of me at a burn down (usually a condemned house that our village would let us "burn down" for training of the new recruits). Same color gear, same helmet, same air tank, same looking flames in background, same everything! I was so surprised to find it online because of the similarities to the pic of me. Hope you guys like it, I'm not planning on changing it again.

Sugar is starting to build up good now, I still need the loupe to see it so far, but it is definitely increasing. Thanks to all of you who reassured me that it would happen. I really appreciate it and as soon as I get a chance, I will take some more pics thru the loupe and post them so you can see the difference on on Harley and Casey. As always, you guys have reassured me and I REALLY appreciate it! I hate to sound so worried like I was and you guys always help, So THANK YOU!!

A local business was closing and the fire department had one of those "burn downs". It was exactly as you describe and I must say it was very cool. Our firefghters were really on their game. It was a cool summer night and they were amazing to watch.

And once again, I am proud of you Smokey, you are doing this thing! You are not a noob anymore my friend. You are a legitimate grower. And soon you will be partaking of your own medicine. There is a saying "Doctor heal thyself" and it has never been truer than now.

That exact thought crossed my mind when I started this grow, I am so excited to be able to try medicine that I actually grew from a seed. The whole process is amazing! OK, I took a picture of Harley's and 1 of Casey's sugar thru the loupe. Here they are. They don't show as much sugar in the pictures for some reason, I tried different buds even and still got the same results, But here is Harley first and Casey second.

I am very pleased even with what these pics show, especially since Canna said I should be able to see it with the naked eye soon. I still can't believe I can get pic's thru the loupe, But am very happy I can!

I see lots of sugary trichomes Smokey. Your wild and klazy pistils are hiding a lot of it.

Thanks Canna, I'm very happy with the way they are progressing, Looking forward to reaping the rewards and starting the ween down on the narcs! I love looking at them now with the loupe (Thanks for the idea!) and am constantly looking at them during lights on periods. I can't wait until they are visible to the naked eye which you said should be about a week. But even if not, they have a while to progress and am looking forward to it!! I am a VERY happy camper! (Thanks to all of you)

Yep, Thats 40x and works great! And regardless of what I've heard other people say on , you can take pictures thru it. All you have to do is line your phones lens up with the loupe and use distance to do the focusing. I'm sure you'll love yours when you get it!

Thanks Hydro, Hard to believe I got these on my very first grow! But I had a lot of help from all the people who stop by here guiding me the whole way. I am proud and can't wait until they are harvested and cured to start cutting back on my narcs (depending on my yield and how far along my other plants are) and making oil for the wife.

Thanks Hydro, I'm saving up for the magical butter machine (and will achieve the savings) as I've heard that helps to make the CCO. As soon as my harvest is cured, I plan on making CCO for the wife. (I'm NOT asking for any help)
