Cool, I was hoping I'd be able to.You can put them in their final places and install the net. You can then use the net to train the plants.
Great idea, thanks! I'll look into that after I make my dinner.Another approach would be using the smaller sized tomato cages, and train the plants to stay inside those. You can use plant ties to one or more of the verticals of the cage to guide them where you want. If you mount the cages in the substrate, you will be able to move the plants around right up to harvest.
Yup, I guess it's similar to what Mr. Myagi said - "Close eye. See picture of plant. Open eye. Now make plant like picture."Four plants or more plants is doable, but you need to envision what you want the plants to look like at harvest while they are still seedlings.
