ok sweet sweet sweet! I think i will go with the 600 and do whatever i have to do to vent it - probly will drill a 6 inch hole through the middle of the two boxes and connect them straight through. Intake on the top of my box on the right and exhaust will be out the top of the cabinet on the left.

Gonna take some finagling but i think its worth the headache!

Ok both cabinets done!!! - All I can say is wow - What a difference - thank you everyone for your input - I truly feel I made the best decision

light intensity is just unreal compared to 240 w of LED lol

Nice man!!! Very clean install. Got some bad news though, because you now have mega lumen penetration, your plants are gonna burst out monstrosities of buds that are gonna completely inundate your cab. It looks like you have quite a few plants in each closet under the HPS so shit's about to get real up in there. I know it is a very good problem to have, but it's still gonna be a pain in the rocks. I hope you're able to keep everything in check, but I think you're gonna need to keep it thin, or even do some premature chopping to make room for a big producer.

Well I'll take that problem !! Lol thank you so much. do you think I should dim my ballast to 400 ? I was not sure what kind of explosive rate I'm gonna get. I already thinned the heck out of it since the last update. . I'll post a new pic of after the defoil.

Currently in veg, I have my 400w MH dialed back to 300w (75%), but b/c of how young they are. They are also going to retire under 600 watts, but I will build them up to that point and not just lay the lumber to them from the gate, so to speak. I don't know the specs, but I'm guessing the HPS is dropping quite a few more lumens down so if they're too young, it might be too much, so watch them closely and of course monitor the heat levels till you have the feel for what's needed.

Looks amazing!! Dont forget to keep an eye on bleaching from that LED! Once they get a little taller they might be a little to close to the LED. Forget LED vs HPS you are going all in and doing HPS AND LED!!! hahahhaa awesome setup bro. +reps

Thank you Hunter - The cool tube idea was just TITS!! I was so amazed at the temp control it gives that i decided to place the LED in there also - That light gives crazy resin production just no girth to the buds -

Since the temps were still below 80 i decided to add the LED

crazy amount of light pouring out of there now lol

I have the LED panel on separate ratchets so they can move up and down also independently from the HPS.

Only one cab is gonna get an LED for now - I am gonna use the other LED light as a veg light to assist with my perpetual grow i am trying to set up.

HERE ARE THE TEMP FOR THE LAST 24 HOURS - A LITTLE A WARM AT FIRST BUT ONCE I VENTED THE WHOLE CABINET OUTSIDE ITS WAS PERFECT ALL NIGHT TILL LIGHTS OFF!!!

thanks trapr - the growtronx software has been awesome - took some getting used to - ensuring policies dont overlap and such - pretty common sense but yea super awesome - love to be able to see what happenes every second - helps tremendously when trying to back solve something - plus i can shut the whole grow down from my phone anywhere - I also have 8 camera around my house and one in the garage for visual peace of mind

Since you can shut it down, I assume you can also make adjustments to things like fan speed and dealing with humidity levels and the like? I don't think I'll be able to do the video feeds with Arduino, so hopefully raspbery Pi supports that b/c I'd really love to have some IR cams in my rooms so I can get good visuals remotely and make adjustments based on that remotely. My project is a work in progress though, Growtronix is a hit the ground running package.

yea anything on the computer is controllable - its awesome - It also has just an unlimited number of polices you can set up - I have it text me if my box goes above 85 - if my water temps go over 75 - it turns on and off my AC based on temps in the cab etc - fans turn on based on lights on or temp spikes either way, my exhaust wont exhaust if i have co2 running unless it hits 95 then it set up to override and turn on and shut the co2 lmfao i could go on and on and on lol

what really sucks is if you forget to turn something on and dont look at your phone and miss an alert................ you feel twice as stupid as a normal mistake cuz even your box tried to warn you - can really be a blow to your self esteem - lol lmfao jk
