Thanks CA! I ended up making two batches of ice hash now. One from my Critical Jack and today I made a batch from the two Berry Ryders.

This is my first time making hash. I haven't had a whole lot of trim only about 30-40 g per plant so my hash batches have been small. It's not coming out golden blonde like I want but it still pretty good. My pull from my 45 bag today was very close to golden. Ill post some pics of it later. I'm hoping this one will be a full melt for my vape pen.

Still have 3 more plants to go! I did take the critical jack out of the dry box and jarred it today. It weighed 22 grams but it still going to lose a bit more. Not bad for my first plant. We've been smoking a bit of it. It needs to be cured for the flavor to come out more but it's very smoothe and the high is amazing!

Thanks Ca! My first batch a few days ago with the CJ trim turned out pretty green and was a pretty small yield. My batch yesterday did have a couple that were more yellow/green. I did press them right away and smoked it. Pretty good stuff, not nearly the quality I'm hoping to achieve but it's my first few times and I didn't have a whole lot of trim to work with.

I know thought the bat was pretty funny Got the idea from a YouTube video where he uses a pole from a fan. I don't smash it but I do stir with it and make a plunging motion with it.

I've actually got the 8 bag for $35 off amazon. Extremely impressed with the quality. Basically I use all 8 for the first run and see where it's catching and then go down to the 4 best bags.

My goal is full melt ice wax dabs. I'm a long ways from that. The hash on top of our bud bowls is awesome though. We've been super high from it the last 3 days. It has a really clear up head high. Almost feels like your not stoned and then all the sudden you realize your really messed up lol. I think I want to try micro planing and letting it fully dry though before pressing. I've read this will increase potency and flavor.

Here's a few pics of my 2nd batch of hash that I made yesterday. The 45u was the best. It was a golden/green before I pressed it. Not the best hash in the world by any means but pretty damn good for us

And heres a few pics of my CJ in jars. It has a was to go curing for the flavor to come out but we've sampled it and its very smoothe and gets us super stoned. The dry weight was at 22 grams but I expect that to drop a bit more. Still not bad for my first plant especially with 5 more to go

As you all know I noticed that all of my plants have been seeded. My critical jack has very little seeds, my berry Ryder's had a little more, and my blue cheese and Mazar both have tons.

I've been doing a lot of research on the possible outcome of these seeds.

Due to these being a forced hermaphrodite vs a naturally occurring one these seeds should be mostly feminized or at the very least 50/50 on fem/hermie.

After spending $80+ for feminized seeds that hermied I think my chances with these accidental homemade seeds are just as good as buying more from the Seedbank. Besides I still have a total of 6 photo plants that will be growing in a separate tent so I can experiment with these a bit. If they produce even 50% females I won't be buying seeds for a long time.

Now I find myself wondering a few things. First of all, who was the hermie? My instincts tell me it was the Mazar who hermied and pollinated the rest seems how it has the most seeds. Otherwise my next guess would be the blue cheese.

Unfortunately I can find no male flowers anywhere. I've heard when they hermie late flower due to stress the male flowers are really difficult to spot as they grow right in the female flowers.

Secondly, what potential crosses could I have? So far my list of possible crosses includes:

Mazar x Blue Cheese

Mazar x Berry Ryder

Mazar x Critical Jack

Blue Cheese x Critical Jack

Berry Ryder x Blue Cheese

Critical Jack x Berry Ryder

Any of these sounds worth the risk of growing another batch of hermies lol. Especially when I have Seedbank feminized photos to fall back on.

Here's a few pic updates on my remaining autos and my photo seedlings. I planted 1 lemon Thai Kush fem and 2 wild Thai reg seeds a few days ago. They both sprouted today!

Harvest #3

Last night I decided to harvest my last berry Ryder. She is 84 days old and most her pistils have turned brown.

She is my best plant so far. Super dense nugs, covered in trichs, and smelling like diesel berry

I should note that all of my plants have been under a 300w hps because it gets too hot in my tent at 600 so averaging an oz per plant with 300watts right now. Once I get my new tent in a few weeks I'll be able to switch to 600watts.

My total wet weight was 184 grams plus 45 grams of trim which I plan on making my first batch of cannabutter with. I'm hoping for a dry weight of an oz and a half.

I still have my auto Mazar and blue cheese left. Hoping they'll be done by 9/31 but possibly a week or so longer.

I also have several photos in veg and one that's in flower. Ill post an update of my other plants hopefully later tonight or tomorrow.

Sorry I've been slacking on updates guess this is what happens when you get your first harvest and finally have all the bud you can smoke lol.

Final Auto Harvest!!!

Last night I decided to harvest my last 2 autos. They are both 86 days from sow and showing over 80% red hairs. Plus I really need to get my photo plants into the tent. They're getting pretty big and Im ready to start flowering them.

My last 2 autos were blue cheese and Mazar. The blue cheese buds were pretty airy/fluffy and of course like all my plants she's seeded. She does smell amazing tho and I got 112 grams wet from her so hoping for an ounce dry. She smells amazing just like blueberry cheese.

The Mazar has the densest nugs of all my plants so far. It smells very skunky and has packed on a lot of crystals in the last week. It weighed at 140 grams wet.

I do have a bagseed plant that's over 3 feet tall 1 week into flower right now. Ill post pics of her once the preflowers start showing more.

Also I'm making my first batch of cannabutter tonight using frozen trim from the blue cheese, Mazar, and Berry Ryder. Ill post pics and let you guys know how it turns out. Going to make blueberry muffins

Just want to thank all of you guys again for your help. I do plan on running more autos in the future. For the next couple harvests it's mainly going to be photos as I transition into my 4x8 perpetual grow.

I'm undecided yet whether ill post a new journal for the next harvest or keep running this one. Stay posted for a smoke report on all strains as they finish curing in the next few weeks!

Update on my photos and bagseed plant:

The blue og, blue Thai, Ultrasour, and Dinachem are getting too big for my veg area so I will be moving them into the tent within a week. I'm hoping to be able to clone them beforehand otherwise I'll have to clone them in flower which I know can be tricky.

My bagseed plant has really surprised me. She took off these last few weeks. She's got at least 6-8 weeks left too. I also have a few clones of the bagseed plant which are finally sprouting some new growth.

And here's a pic of my final auto harvest. Ended up with about 5 oz total from the 6 plants. Not a huge number but I'm definitely satisfied with this being my first grow. We will save over $1400 by supplying ourselves so it was worth the investment. I will post a smoke report in a few more weeks once I'm satisfied with the cure.

LOL that was my next question!! I've noticed.. I've already smoked half of all my pineapple and smoked a good 5 grams of my gsc.. I've been starting to mix all my strains, and man oh man, such a better high with a bunch of different medical properties..

Gotta love a gumbo bowl of 3-5 diff buds.. Do you notice a different smoke between the BR's /plant?
