Looking forward to your grow M. I have a fem nep-jam that I have an itch for. I dunno I really liking the African in the Zamaldelica. I want to play more with that fam. I still have time before my harvest to think on it. I might be dropping to 10.5 hours of light on the re veg just to see how it does.

Satellite will definitely finish great in northern US and well into Canada, Indoors under A 12/12 light switch she will probably develop male flowers on bud tips because of the stress of short hours. Below is Satellite grown outdoors in tropics at 11.5 hours of light and almost every plant got some male flowers on tips of some buds. Though easy to pick off, not desireable, Though the smoke was quite nice. In Norhern grows where she is adapted I have never seen a herm out of hundreds of plants.

Cool. Are you saying that to sort of days can cause it to hermi? That's odd. I don't think I've heard of that before. Beautiful colors in those pics.

Awesome! That'll be cool to run the same strain next summer so we can compare.

And yes, spider mites reared their ugly head again. I made that corner of the room to comfy for them.

The African side is nice, I've been running my Malawi for a while and it's in most of my current crosses.

Well, unless you're talking about the Zamal. That's considered African, but there's speculation that the landraces there and in Mauritius came from India instead of Africa.

Thanks for the kind words about my outdoor grow. It's a lot of fun. I just wish I didn't have to worry about prohibition. I could grow monsters here if I didn't have to be stealthy.

The Nepjam I got was a few as well. I'd rather have regs, but they are freebies. Can't complain about that.

Oh yes indeed. That's the kind flowers there. Probably stinking up my place right now. It has been pretty well behaved considering how much I ignore it.
I am hoping you get some Vietnam black from your OE-NJ hybrid. Such a great mix, classic Ace style.

I just finished an R&D Zamaldelica x Ethiopian and it is excellent. I highly recommend trying that one if you like the Zam. If you go to the R&D section at ACE's website you'll see it there. It was the Thai/Zamal pheno of Zam x Ethiopian.

Nice. I was wondering which one you had. I've only finished the Thai/Zamal pheno and crosses using it. The one I've currently got going in flower is along the lines of the elite mother I believe. It's supposed to be a bit less energy and a bit more psychedelic in the buzz.
 
I sure have been liking Ziggy's Zam+ seeds. :thumb:

There's something very consistent with them. I prefer Zam to the Africans so far, probably because of the Thai influence.

Are those pollinated by a Columbian gold? It seems like it was something very long flowering.
 
Tomorrow at least two if not all three of the PM x Apollo 13 are getting cut. Probably Tangie as well. That's more dependant on whether I have room in my drying box. I may have to build a bigger one. Two good sized plants can fill it up and I still have a Purple Dawg hanging in it from Tuesday.

4 wild Thai x Lebanese got dropped in water last night. I think those may be the last seeds I soak until my Ace order comes in. I need to moderate my veg area to make room for veggie seedlings in March. I wasn't taking them into consideration last year and about grew myself out of space. o_O

Ziggy did a pollen chuck with five Ace strains - GoldenTiger, Zamaldelica, Panama, Purple Haze and Purple Malawi. :p So who knows? But not Colombian Gold.

I've run 4 of them.

One only ran 61 days, and I think it was a Panama cross - I've run Panama before.

One ran 76 days and I'm guessing that was Malawi - it had the dark green serrated foliage.

The 3rd one went 91 days and this one will be a bit longer, maybe 100. So ... :hmmmm: ... Purple Haze? The 3rd one made very nice dense nuggets with small fat calyxes all over them - amazing sparkle.

Ahh, that's right. I forgot he tossed multiple male pollen. The Purple Haze cross looks nice. Oldtimers is supposed to be highly resinous. I've got some on the way to try out. I've really been enjoying the Panama and Zam x Pan lately. Beautiful euphoric feeling that's all head buzz. I want some more exotic sativa varieties.

Will do. I didn't expect anything for a couple of days. I changed the water on the Kilimanjaro. It was getting cloudy, seeing as how it's been soaking since the 20th of December. I'm leaving just to see since the other option is to pitch it. I'm not going to take up space under my lights and put it in soil. It'll either pop or rot.

I'm psyched about these sativa genetics I've got coming from Ace. I'm torn on what to run first though. I need to get a Purple Satellite going to clone for outdoors. I'm thinking about running Zamal Bliss as well. That's one I almost pulled the trigger on multiple times when it was in their R&D section. I'd really like to find the rare Nepalese pheno. A small sativa charas plant would be cool. I could cross it with the Hash Plant S1s they have listed. That would make a lovely hybrid I bet.

I was back on their site this morning loading up my cart only to close my browser again. I was eyeing that S1 Hashplant as well. I think the Panama x Tikal is a steal and would be a great cross. They only want $58 for 10 Fem seeds. I thought it was a misprint considering the Killer A5 is $21 per seed. After smoking my Zam x Ethiopian I am really curious about the Malawi x Ethiopian as well. So many damn good strains I can't make up my mind.
