Brisket! It did come out Nice and Juicey. And the Burnt Ends just melted in your mouth! 
I left some slices for tomorrow's dinner, with Mashed Potatoes and gravy! 
And the rest got vacuum packed for Quick and Easy dinner prep in the future.

After 10 days of the 1/2 Defoliation test, I decided to strip the entire plant. I can't really tell which side did Best, but I see that No Harm was done!
I am reminded Why I Defoliate... Humidity!
My system rarely shows deficiencies, and when it does, it is ph related. I also believe there are enough Bud leaves to produce all the Energy necessary for Bud production.

On the Plus side... it will make it easier to spot Nanners.

OMG! I think we came close to polishing off a whole one so far! Back to
Bacon for a few days then start over!

Sounds like a Great name for a restaurant! Meat-n-Herb... maybe not the Best name, but a Killer concept! I Harvested the Outdoor Tent today, took 3.5 hours to cut, wash, strip and spin. I'll post updates when I catch my Breath. I worked thru Naptime!
