Medscientist's Outdoor Lab 2024

The smell is starting to creep up into the living area. I believe my wife thinks it's coming in from the outside tent? So on the way home from dropping my daughter off at school, I stopped by a local grow store and picked up a 6" Tall Boy carbon filter! I will run this outside the tent to clear anything escaping the tent in the 8x8ft room.

I will put the 4" fan/filter in the tent for exhaust to regulate its dynamics.

I scoped the Budz in the Outdoor Tent and they are still atleast 50% clear. 😡 They seem to be packing on weight slowly, but damn, they aren't Done until they are Done! I plan on waiting it out, but I prefer not to turn them into worm food! I don't use Soil!

Knowing I have a small tent inside to keep me self-sufficient going forward, I am not so worried about loosing some. But I don't like it!

Looks like I got some flopage going on, but I have equal flopage on the other side keeping it from falling over, so I just left it. ❤️

Call it what it is... Lazy A$$ growin'!

Got some late flowering varieties, but on the plus side you're already entered into the Flop Club!
Which has got me thinking. 🤔 Last year, I harvested the outdoor and they were not as done as these appear to be, but the Smoke was good. I pulled them before the cold cause I thought I needed to. Maybe I should harvest before Saturday nights 34F? IDK?

Thanks Sparkey224! ❤️

Just let me know when and I'll throw something in the smoker! Pulled Pork?

34º outside doesn't mean 34º inside the plant in the greenhouse, and 34º isn't quite freezing. :)

And don't forget:
"You don't need much air movement to keep frost from forming, so even a gentle breeze will do the trick. A single fan per four-foot by four-foot garden bed should provide enough air circulation. Place the fan a few feet higher than the garden bed so warm air gets pushed downward. This method is best for greenhouses since you'll need to protect the fan from the elements."

❤️ Most Excellent information! Thanks InTheShed! ❤️

I am probably just getting Harvest Envy!

Pistil City! Bodes well for the future. 🔮

So is your plant obviously. :)
I measured the distance to the light which is still @ 75%. It is 12in to the canopy, and 9 inches to the outside buds. I don't have a light meter yet, but I have written down everyone else's PPFD from journals for a ballpark measurement. I should have time today to rework the dynamics to limit her Excitement! ❤️ (not mine) ❤️

So I planned to give some ❤️ to both tents today, BUT when I went to the Grocery store, they had Brisket on sale for $2.99 per lb! I bought 2- 15 lb'ers. Been cleaning up the Smoker, getting spices ready etc...

UofM and Michigan State game just came on, at half time, I might prepare them, and after the game, throw them in the Smoker for the night, then finish them off in the morning!

I have been getting the humidity to settle at 61% with the lid closed on my/my friends plants. I will double check tomorrow, scope and weigh the Budz before putting into the Terp bags. This is another 1st for me, proper drying and curing! ❤

I am Popping All kinds of Cherries over Here! 🍒

I wanna see the brisket!
Wow! ❤️ I thought the last Brisket was my Best yet... Until NOW! ❤️

I opened one up after resting for an hour so I could get a picture for You! ❤️

Then my Son came home, and a sample turned into Brisket Lunch. Then I cubed some up for dinner, slathered on BBQ sauce, and caramelized it under the broiler. Mmmmm Good! ❤️
