In it's new home, I'll let it grow for a bit, then tack it to the wall.

Now that is what I'm talking about! You might have doubled your bud right there!!! That is a slight exaggeration for effect!

B.real, I'm doing it because it makes the plant grow out bush like and opens all that stem length to the light creating more possible buds. Some people have had bushes 5 ft in diameter with 4 times the amount of buds they would have had if they just grew it vertical.

Morning MC Happy weed day to you. Hope all is good. :peace:

mcloadie, why do you like super cropping?

Standing in front of class with my paper; "why I like supercropping by mcloadie". I like supercropping because it's a viable technique when dealing with limited space and light. It allows greater exposure to bud sites, and allows for more even light distribution. It also expands vascular bundles in phloem and xylem capillaries, allowing for greater circulation....and growth......LOL.....Good weed B.!

OK, yesterday I decide my move for the day and it went like this; I worked 1/2 cup dr earth flower girl into each of the 10 gallon pots...which is a half dose for this size container. I just fork it in to the top of the soil. Today I watered it in with tap water, and 2 tsp/gal of Epsom salts. My plants are getting ready to get flipped....a week from tomorrow......they still have a slight mag deficiency...hence the Epsom, and I am stackin the pot with some bloom food...........just to get em used to what's coming. I'll try ta get that afghan kush tacked to the wall today...no hurry. I tied a couple of branches up that weren't rising fast enough for me from the supercropping....just to keep the canopy even. I'm still supercropping here and there and will continue until 2 weeks into 12/12......these plants don't supercrop real easily, the stems and branches are very hard and dense....so far I've had one bad break.....broke off......which is acceptable, it was a small twig.....and put out two branches where it broke already.

For dharmabud and all potential supercroppers; at some point this is going to happen, it's pretty normal...for me at least....no big deal, the plant will heal. Some strains break down easier than others, these are like medium difficulty to break........and I am elated with the results.

This break on a smaller branch was across the stem.....nearly all the way through, if it has at least enough material that it's not hanging by a thread.......this was done yesterday and is reconnected already.

The smaller girl is 24" across and in a rapid growth cycle, this grow is going so well I'm nervous!

The bigger girl is 32" across, again...rapid growth!

I really like this technique.....the improvement from last run is so obvious, they were broken way low and that will eliminate the need to remove much lower growth....it's all going to be in the "zone", where heat, light, humidity, and temperature all come together in a symphony of loveliness!

Happy Tokeday Mc and young Miss Loadie:circle-of-love:

Heheh, that's gonna be cool. I've seen pics of outdoor plants that have had their branches tied sideways to a fence and grown like a gravevine.

That's called espalier.....with the end sounding like A. I would love to do a big outdoor in an abandoned kiwi orchard....or vineyard....that plant was about 3 feet tall.

I like the fact that you are using a reflective surface that you are strapping her down too. Very nice Mc:)

Good Weed Mcloadie- Wow- I learn so much here- did not know you could supercrop that low on the plant. And Ive seen espalier fruit trees before but never a weed one- thats looks awesome! Reps
