McLoadie's Third Grow Journal

Hmmmm I see what ur saying sir mcloadie
I understand ur frustration and I think your fabulous sir I do but......
I would slightly disagree

Obviously part time workers
Earn less than full time
Maybe have a smaller pension
Maybe there are things that they do not qualify for

But that said.... If we're a "part time fire fighter" and I happened to be killed battling a fire alongside my "full time firefighter buddies"
I would hope that my wife and children would get the same compensation package of the full time fire fighters family.
It's exeptional circumstances I no but I would think the price they put on a life lost in service should be equal

I really hope our difference of opinions doesn't affect our blood brotha bond that is the 1HC FTW KC

That said though if when they signed up they were told if u die at work ur family will recieve "£££" which is "£££" much less than a full time worker.... And agreed on that. Then the part timers family's must deal with that

Yeah, they knew what their bennies would be when they signed up, they should have had a backup plan. Here's the part that is pissin me off as we get more info; they have been workin 40 hours for days! If they were working full time I think they should have been designated full time.....I think that employers will "drag ass" so to speak about getting them on as full time to avoid having to put out extra $ for their insurance and other benefits. The public has donated millions to all those families....I'm sure they'll be fine. The main wife that's complaining quit her job when her husband started working full time, well he was working full time...seasonally.....not a designated full time employee.........IDK how they were doin it with four kids............and no insurance?

Yes sir I agree more with u now that uv said that. We're i live is different to were u live. Our fire fighters are paid differently to yours.
I'm not sure how ur system works. We pay income tax and council tax and that covers our health care/policing/fire services we pay national insurance that covers our state pention if we rescheduled 500 year old so we can claim it lol
With income tax and n.i we lose roughly 25% of our wages as deductions. Non optional.
I think it's different in America???
I was just talking with my mum about this and she opened my eyes to your way of thinking sir spelling out differences. All fire fighters here are full time secure workers with good pentions etc. my uncle done 30 years before retiring. Gota have much respect for those guys.

I heard if u don't have insurance.... Your home on fire has no chance of spreading to another home.... And there is no one in danger.... I heard they will let your house burn to the ground without tackling the blaze??? That canot be right ?

And if u have cancer with no health care insurance they will not treat u? Really?

It seems a trillion miles away from what is taken for granted here (Sirius)

Nope, they won't let ur house burn if they can save it with reasonable safety risks to the firefighters. If you can't pay dr bills they will still treat you.......but you will get substandard care.........in this country if you don't have a nice chunk of change you are screwed.......everything revolves around how much money they can suck from you. When I was working a full 30% would be gone from my check and at the end of the year...or sometimes quarterly ...you will pay more!

I think all governments screw us all over dont they

The one thing this country has going for it is its health care system
Ppl here like to moan about it. Because you might have to wait a few month for a new state of the art knee or hip
Or because they have to wait a week for a doctors appointment
End of the day it's the best system in the world
Everyone gets threaten the same from the homeless man to the chief exec
In a general money is no object way

We've gone way off point now haven't we lol

Beautiful mcloadie. I've been smoking that very strain and I lover her. Good. Good Smoke. Way to Go.:high-five:

Morning MC happy Thurweeday my man

Good weed friends, I'm struggling to keep up with the supercropping, I'm doing 40-50 breaks at a time now, these plants are nice, they grew different than the last round. when I put the last bunch in flower the lollipops were nothing more than a coupla baby leaves...this time some of them have branches coming off em already. It will be interesting at least to see what they do. I'm looking in to making some supersoil, if I can get a few folks to chip in and we can make a big batch to share it would be great!, if not, I'll do it myself. I live in an economically depressed area...................m'fers smoke leaves here!

Wow they look fantastic. When uv been supercrop ing have you had to hold the branches up once uv kinked them?
They are level like a Scrog without the net :)

Yeah alex...sometimes they aren't coming up fast enough for me, especially the mains. After I break the bigger branches, I let em go for a coupla days and see what they do. The bigger ones are the most difficult to break and have the biggest likelihood of breaking too much, if they do, they sometimes want to just fall down and rest on the pinch point..........I don't like that.......I will pull up or down and even sideways.......just to fill in hopefully. Usually a problem branch that's hanging lower than I'd like just takes a day before it locks up in a more desirable position. These plants all break different, even differently on different branches...........I'm sick of breaking these...and nervous also...........they get to a point where they don't come back up as easily.........the weight of the new foliage growin on em counteracts the plants efforts to move toward the light.

howdy Mc. I am most likely going to be given a time out for posting off topic videos on the over50 club so if I aint around thats why:)

This is how I run the fans in my flower room jeff. The big fan sucks in cool air from my bedroom, the not air comes out the top.
0041268.JPG
This fan oscillates, it blows across the top of the plants and blows the heat away from the tops and the ballast located on top of the light. It also keeps all the plants moving ALL the time....very important!!!!!!!!

This fan keeps the air moving that gathers above. I monitor the heat and humidity very closely....it all DOES make a difference, the better you get the environment...the better the plants grow!
