Answer: Use "Tungsten" or "Flourescent Lighting" setting on your camera. This setting or mode is available on nearly all digital cameras if you look under the various settings, including click-and-shoot models, iPhones and most other phone cameras.

Hello!
None of the white balance presets really work for HPS - tungsten is the closest on my camera (3100K or smthg).
But if you can adjust white balance on PC when importing the pics then i'd recommend the 2500-3000K range - at least this works best for me depending on light intensity. The yellowish taint will always be there so hps pics will not be good when colors are important in any case.
Hmm just a second thought maybe this is why Fishy talked about 18" distance better than 10" for PAR - blue diminishes quicker than red - and its even noticeable on the K balance of the photos i take.
Oww in that case i really have to raise the lamps again..
Anyway hope all is well, and the girls are recovering from supercrop

9 days in the aerocloner, they were ready at 7 but I need these to grab the tiny 2" cardboard pots quickly......these are destined for outdoors. Aerocloner gets emptied, cleaned and refilled. I will keep 5 for myself, to replace clone only mothers that have been placed outdoors.
