Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

Most of the time they have been standing on the floor, outside the grow. So they barely received light. The past 2 days I let them stay in the sun.

:bravo:
Upps! Jack herer auto with nanners. guess we'll find a use for that pollen as well

:high-five:thanks for your votes. You many also join the contest next time?:welcome:
I got to say, those photo's are awesome but my vote goes to number 9 though!

:goodjob:
I just sprayed the Jack's with colloidal silver. Instead of freaking out over the nanners, let's encourage more and then use the pollen to pollinate a couple of strains. It's not a bad thing to get a little jack herer genes into the mix

It's no problem,this time,everyone can vote.:high-five:
For next contest,we will make more clear rules for contest and votes.:volcano-smiley:Thanks for your opinions and participation:thanks:
Sara, please take a look at how many votes are from people with 1 or two posts. This smacks of some people trying to throw the contest.
I think you should follow the example of 420 contests, and require 50 posts for vote to count.

:circle-of-love:If the plants color is as same as your picture....
I understand that sometimes the quality is more important than quantity.:high-five:If the quality is super good, the quantity will not be a very big deal:bravo:
You may remember the plant. I grew it in January for the Mars-hydro cup. It's the most beautiful big-bud I ever have grown and I have grown many of them during the years. It's not the one with the highest yield - far from it. It's sister made a 60 gram cola, but still I picked this one for breeding. Some people may say that's stupid, but I tell you - yield is not everything. The smoke from this plant was much more potent than any other big-bud I have grown before. So that's something

I'm picturing it now....haha
Hi Sara I don't currently grow with a mars led but I'm very excited to see how well your lights work and want to swap over in the future here's some of my plants now imagine these under your mars led!

You mean if someone has no posts they can create an account to vote? Well shit..i need to get talking to my social media and get some peeps signing up and voting for me. I thought there was a post minimum to vote. I need a new light really really bad.

Lol. If i did that i would get arrested so fast

Shit. It's 5 in the morning at the northpole. Going back to the bed again. Have a beautiful morning or whatever it is where you're at

humm....i also like to try....if i can:volcano-smiley::volcano-smiley::volcano-smiley:
Hey Deville. I would totally take some of those seeds as well. I am interested in breeding and have the room. How many times did you have to back breed to get a stable version of Deville's widow. I agree that yield is not everything. Big bud is a big yielder anyway so I'm sure it wasn't pitiful. I like the idea of plants that are not only highly medicinal but beautiful to grow. I find that the growing has helped me as much as the medicine.

they are supper tall...haha,if there doesn't have roof, the plants will reach to the sky:volcano-smiley::volcano-smiley::volcano-smiley:
Wow - what a monster! How tall are these plants?

:goodjob:you like to try new stuffs...
but once you start to do it,and you have interests, you will get what you are expecting for:high-five:
First generation will probably be all sorts of phenos. no idea how many generations it will take to stabilize the strain so the majority of the seeds create the plants we are looking for. We could also risk that non of the plants will have the traits we're looking for, but the more seeds we grow the bigger the chance of finding one. Then we need to breed that with itself to create a new generation with a little bit more stabile genes, and so on until at least 80% of the plants have the traits we want them to have.

I am very inexperienced when it comes to breeding. Been reading the theory, but never actually did it. So will do a lot of experiments the coming months. you can read all you want, but to truly understand something you need to actually do it in reality.
