:welcome:May i know which series light you perfer to get ? LED Grow Lights And may i know where are you located?:Namaste:
Hello, I am going to have two tents, one 32" x 32" and the other 36" x 48". Which lights would be best for each tent?

Heineken with beautiful girls, your days are wonderful.:cheertwo::cheertwo:and your helmet is cool.:thumb:cheers for your nice ladies:goodjob::passitleft:
Day 39 of flower for 4 Fruit Punch feminized by HeavyWeight seeds in 3 gallon smart pots under a MarsII 900 in a 3x3x5'8" gorilla grow tent being fed heavy with Advanced nutrients Sensi Bloom B52 Bud candy and Overdrive flush starts on week 8 and goes till the end of week 10. I like to do a long and proper flush with 1 week of final phase and then two weeks of just H20. Cheers :Namaste: let me know what you think

(Decided on an HPS light for the bigger tent, so I'm only worrying about the 32"x32" tent now)

I'm not really sure, which is why I'm asking. The Reflector 48 seems like the better choice, but the Mars II 400 is square which I would assume would be able to distribute light better in a square tent. Located in Massachusetts.

Mars II900 Product Dimensions is 16"x16" x 4",can put in your tent, but coverage is 3.5'x3.5'.:Namaste:
For your 32"x32"tent ,you can use a Mars II 700,the coverage is 3'x3'.For the 36"x48" tent, you can use 2pcs Reflector 96,the coverage will be 4'x3'.:high-five:
The Mars II 900 is way too big for either of my tents. It's coverage is 3.5' x 3.5'. I was really deciding between the Mars II 400 and the Reflector 96. Or one step up from those.

Last night it was like tornado outside my house,i thought it will be heavy rain follow it.This morning it's like nothing ever happened last night,:volcano-smiley:it's burning sun in the sky.:surf::surf: I really do not like summer now.:volcano-smiley:
well now that gimme the bloody giggles lol

:Namaste:If you only want to choose a light for your 32"x32" tent, you can go with Mars II 700.Yes,Mars II series coverage is square,it will be good for your tent.:high-five:

:high-five:Hi i confiremed with my colleague for our shipping department,we have stock for Mars Pro Epistar 320 at our China warehouse,we can arrange to send you the goods within 24 hours working times,it will take 7-10 days arrive at your side.:high-five:My colleague will send you email, you can place your order at anytime.:welcome:
:Namaste:Mars Pro series use smart-system,customers said it has too many features which actually they do not need, and it's complicated to use, they will pay money for some function they may not use,so not many growers like it.And if the system in disorder, you need to send it back to us to fix the system. So based on the Mars Pro,we made Mars Pro II,it is an economical version for Mar pro.No remote control, but with veg and bloom switches to control different growing modes.:bravo:
That's why we usually recommend Mars Pro II not Mars Pro to our customer at the first place.:high-five:
Hi Sara,

I was looking forward to get Pro version to replace my current light because they'd be an upgrade. I find the programmable onset feature really interesting not that much to the fact that its less brutal and more gradual to the plants but more for the impact it'd have on the way I use electricity. The gradual onset wont induce a power consumption spike and that is why I wanted to replace my 3 mars 1200 with the pro ones...

I already talked with Sean who really tried to push the switchable ones and I thought this was a way to lower current stocks which is normal for a business but If they are not as reliable as they should be well I might just wait to actually need a light...

Thank you very much for your time

Frank

You have to remember when picking out your light as you lower it to flower the coverage area will get pretty much smaller and smaller. I right now have the 400w in a 60cm x 60cm and it's covering it perfectly in veg and now flower. Even tho it states it covers 2.5 foot that is during veg and during flower it covers 4 sqft perfectly(45w/sqft). This is what you want you, when picking the light if you're going to be using it for the full cycle you will need the extra coverage/wattage. if not during flower you will end up with dark sides and will need additional side lighting. Really you should be aiming for around 40+ draw watts per square foot for a complete and heavy yielding grow.

Basically go for the 2x reflector 96s or the 700w. This way you will be able to use them the full cycle with out adding extra lighting, also with light bouncing off the Mylar you will be getting a nice even par value right across the tent floor. Hope this helps.
:Namaste:

Thanks for your help:thanks:
yeah, usually the coverage size bigger than the tent wii be better, like you siad it enable plants get enough lights during the full cycle. But It can not get too much,or it may overkill.:high-five:
Many grower think the wattage around 40-50w/sqft will be better for plants, how do you think?:Namaste:
