update shot of some little buds already coming in. This White Widow flowers fast. It has not even been 2 full weeks of 12/12 yet and already looking amazing. The pic is of the flowers under the HPS and Mars ll 1200.

Man I don't know if it's the coco nutes or the led but these babies are developing fast. I am really impressed. I have a few grows under my belt and to get the buds where they are now it usually takes 4+ weeks and a extra week for transition. I have grown similar strains that where nowhere near these. I will give it to the led and coco because I have grown with the Nutes before. I am so stoked to see my end results with both the 400w HPS and Mars ll 1200 in my 3.3x3.3x7 tent. Temps stay around 73-78 when lights on and 70-75 when off. RH is 40-45%

Judging by the looks you are going to be getting some big fat nugs from those. How are you handling temps with your light set up ?

I have a 6 inch booster fan and my tent by a window with the window open and the outside temps Are keeping it nice and perfect

How are you suggesting your old address was transposed, then? If you didn't enter it on the mars site and didn't use paypal... how could they have gotten another address? And the sig point is kinda moot. Anyone can sign for it. They don't require the signer to show I.D. or have a library of everyone's signatures to verify against.

I don't think it's the bank, UPS, or mars' responsibility here. You should track it down yourself. You know it was delivered to a resident of your old address, so if you go there and it's missing then you'd have to take it up with police as stolen mail or something.

What does your email confirmation say for the shipping address?

Versai sorry for the delay in my reply as I have been busy catching up on work and sleep... I can't tell you for sure how my old address was transposed, that is what I'm trying to figure out. I do have a hypothesis or theory to why I believe Mars Hydro may have mixed up my old address from my actual address though, and let me tell you why:

When I ordered online I could not order for at least an hour straight. I'd click to put the 144X 5 reflector in "My cart" then pay using my credit card and typing in my shipping address in which I reside at, although I kept getting a message that stated "error this transaction can not be processed." I tried over and over and over. Finally after a shit load of attempts leading me to almost 2AM I finally got my light ordered. What made my order finally successfully go through was I put my billing address and my shipping address. This was the only thing different I had done! All the previous attempts I only inserted my shipping address, as this is what's important to me and I didn't know I needed both addresses to make an order ?? I actually thought it was quite strange,But sure enough I was stoked that my order went through. I figured I would call the number on the website in the morning to be reassured my package was coming to me in Phoenix, and that There would be no issues because I didn't know what to expect from marshydro as I've never ordered from them and I really wanted to give LED a shot! I then went to bed. (Had to get up at 9AM for work)
When I woke up that morning I called the number on Mars Hydro's website before I went into work. That is when I spoke with a representative about my order of the 144X5 reflector and explained the trouble of how I could not order for at least an hour on their website last night and how I wanted to make sure my order was finalized with them and did truly go through. I was indeed reassured that all the information for my order went through; and after our conversation that day they also identified that they had my shipping address as the address my light would be getting shipped to and that the other address was simply labeled as the billing address I inputed for my CC. So I was a lot more relieved that everything was entered correct on my part and not as doubtful about my order being messed up hearing from them confirming they understood which address was the shipping address.

Versai I never stated that I didn't enter my address on the Mars site. So thank you for assuming that. What I did state was that I had made a profile online with my information and CC and that I did not use pay pal method. Therefore to go back to your first question..... I am leading to believe that someone (whoever receives the orders in the warehouse and ships them out) overlooked my shipping address and labeled the package with the incorrect one!! Especially with me being a first time customer with MarsHydro and not having any order history with them to know where they have previously shipped to me. Also to add I don't believe the holiday's helped. As that never helps with warehouses and the mail system getting overloaded and busy.
Moving on, I agree 100% about the whole signature process being moot. Especially with today's society; I think that the signature thing should be a bit more enforced.
I don't think that the responsibility is on the bank or UPS either. I do believe it is on Mars though. No disrespect, but with the hours I work and my fucked up sleep schedule already I don't have time to go around town looking for my package on foot. (As I've mentioned previously I do not own a vehicle) in addition to that I should not have to track down my own stuff when my mail that I'm paying $254 for should be provided to me at my damn doorstep. I had already emailed Maria over a week ago that if it doesn't get resolved then I need to file a police report about the package being lost/stolen. But she did not want me to go that route and she wanted to try and resolve the problem. So I figured I'd let her try to fix it and so she told me she would investigate it.

Lastly, my email confirmation was not sent to me until the night of December 27th.(way late) I posted what was in that email in my response to thunderbird. But here it is yet again:

That email contained the order number, the billing address, and the shipping address, along with confirmation that the light had been delivered on the 23rd of December and placed on the porch, and this reply: "I am sorry for replying late. We had shipped out the light. You must received the light. Here is the tracking status below. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question"
Well obviously since I got the email almost a week after I ordered the light and the date the light was "delivered on the porch" was the 23rd (four days before I received the email for any information of my order number or tracking; I couldn't do anything but email Maria back and ask what the hell was going on?. Which is certainly what I did because I didn't even know a light had been shipped out to me since I received no information on tracking at all and had to come home after a long day of work to an email of my light being delivered but incorrectly!

What the email showed was that the shipping and billing address, both different , but that it was shipped to the billing address instead which is why I immediately replied to Maria.

No offence..... but i find this a strange story....
Package wrong delivered and on your previous old address? How did Mars know that you lived there in the passed without "your" input?
Good luck and hope you have it soon!

No offense taken Camelion. But with all due respect you're not the one getting fucked or having to wait and lose a shit ton of time, effort, and money on a project. Nor having to deal with the stress of my situation and loss of seedlings. (Not cheap) I explained in my reply to Versai as to my belief why the order got mixed up and why I had to put my billing and shipping address.
Thanks and I hope so too.

Maybe you need to switch your billing address before ordering next time. Some companies and ebay stores will not send a package to a different address then is the one listed as the billing address or unauthorized by paypal... This is because of fraudulent credit card scamming/ stolen cards or credit card numbers. What I would do in this circumstance is go after the delivery company due to the "left on the porch" bit, at the very lease it should of been left with a neighbor who would of signed for it. A sign for package shouldn't be left unsigned/ unattended for obvious reasons. At the same time you had problems even placing the order due to sight malfunctions or billing/shipping address errors and should of placed the order by phone so no confusion would of been had. As far as going to the police I think trying to get a reimbursement from the delivery company is in order and if they are uncooperative then by all rights to the police.

Not sure if this helps or frustrates you either way it's my take on it.

oh and you lost your seedlings because you f*cked up the ph levels you can not put that on mars hydro or not having the light.

Thank you DRM ranch! Well I have some bad news for the new year:rip::rip::rip:

All my seedlings have died. Like I have mentioned before I have been using the sure test pH liquid test kit. It Has been getting me by and doing alright. I will definitely have to get that ppm meter though as soon as I have funds.

Here is what happened with my seedlings: (1 lemon haze, 2 red poison, cotton candy, killer Kush, and a few more) after they all germinated in the paper Towel method that I used I transplanted all my germinated seeds into rockwool cubes. I PH'd the water to 5.5 and let them sit for hours. (While checking the PH every hour since I know rockwool is more alkaline) well when it came time to plant the seedlings into the rockwool cubes all went well and a day or two went by with growth in rockwool. They seemed to be growing pretty well. But then one night all my plants were limped over. I had a feeling that it had to be the pH and that the rockwool cubes must have raised the pH and locked out the plant. I didn't know how to check the runoff PH of the rockwool because I didn't want to squeeze out water or mess up the rockwool cube. Nor did I want to mess up any of the roots inside the rockwool cube if any were still alive. Finally I had no choice but to do surgery on the rockwool cubes and get my roots out of there to then find out that they were all hard and dried up. So since they were all practically dead I decided to squeeze the water out of the rockwool cubes and tested the PH which read a Ph of 8+. I immediately knew this water was not good for my plants. And that this is what most likely killed them. Now I did forget to mention that I did keep humidity domes on all my rockwool cubes with the seedlings in them and that the growth was fine.

What am I missing ? What am I doing incorrectly? As I want to try a few of the seeds I have left but don't want the same thing to happen or for them to go to waste. I honestly thought DWC would be a lot better than this!! I'm understanding the PH and everything but don't know how to keep my plants stable in rockwool.

Those were not the seedlings I was referring to jackass As that is a totally different thread and project. I'm talking about the seedlings I had ready and never put in rockwool and had still in the paper towels waiting to be put in jiffys and put under light. The light I ordered from Mars hydro!

well common sense would dictate that you wouldn't start seedlings til you had your light. Just like ordering something with the wrong billing address on your card. As for me being a jackass you maybe right:rofl::rofl:
No reason you couldn't put them with the other ones or even a small cfl.

Cart before the horse !! sorry just sayin

I've had to do this previously with other mail Ive ordered and received with no hassles at all though which is what confuses me. Because each address is clearly listed "billing" and "shipping" to clearly differ them. In the future I now know to probably have my billing address switched sooner just to be safe, but since my card expires at the end of March this year and seeing I have had no trouble in the past ordering things online I second guessed it and didn't think it through and kept my same CC to prevent the hassle with my bank and having to wait 14 days for a new one.

Thank you for your take on this situation Spart!

2. UPS Package Search
UPS will conduct a complete investigation to locate the package. The investigation may include a search of our shipping system and operation centers, or calls to recipients or shippers.
The UPS search process usually takes seven to 10 business days.
3. Claim Authorized
If UPS is unable to locate the missing package, a Damage/Loss Notification claim letter will be emailed, faxed or mailed to the shipper; UPS will not send claim letters to a receiver
If UPS locates the package, the claim will not be approved, delivery information will be sent to the shipper of record, and the reporting process will end
4. UPS Reviews Documents
It is essential that the shipper supplies UPS with documentation that shows the lesser of the actual purchase cost or replacement cost, up to the declared value, as requested in the Damage/Loss Notification claim letter. Requested documentation may include original invoices, purchase orders, proof of shipment, or other information required by UPS.
UPS will:
Determine what, if any, value was declared for the contents of the package

I simply tried to plan it all out and ahead as the website stated my light would be shipped out no longer than 2 days and I would receive it within a total of 5-7 days. Therefore I figured perfect time to let the seeds do their magic in the paper towel. Get the light in the next few days and set her up and be good to go. I didn't order anything with the wrong billing address on my card. The billing address linked to my card is what I put In for the billing address. Obviously where I reside is what I put in for the shipping address. Mars Hydro has it clear as day on my profile this way!

The Mars Hydro website clearly states:

Q?
CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL PAYMENT METHOD?

A.
For security reason, PayPal only allows us to ship to PayPal confirmed address. Therefore, we can only ship to PayPal confirmed address. If you want to ship to a different address, you may login to your PayPal account to add the new shipping address then check out, or you may simply check out with West Union or credit card.

^^ well if you payed attention to what I posted earlier I stated that this is why I did not pay with PayPal! So we can rule out everything involving PayPal in the above paragraph from their website. Along with I didn't even have a PayPal account ever created at this time. I followed the directions clearly stated on the website when it gives me the only other options for new shipping address is paying by western union or credit card. So when I chose credit card, Therefore I was able to input my billing and shipping address. (when it should be my only shipping address ever posted in their system because it's my first order)

Q?
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT CHECK OUT SUCCESSFULLY?
A.
You may feel free to contact us so that we may happily assist you in resolving your payment issues as soon as possible.

^^ once again I followed everything on the website. I called first thing the same morning before I went to work. I was informed that they did receive my order and payment, and I was also told that they understood which was the shipping address so they could send it to me. The woman had even spoke it back to me over the phone for reassurance.
So I did check out successfully and they shouldn't tell their customer things and then do the opposite.

Oh and the only other light I had was one my friend let me borrow in which I had to return to him. Cant get anything for lighting at the moment since my funds are in the hands of Mars hydro.
