Mars Hydro Grow Journal TS3000: Chef's New 4x4

Hmmmm I don’t remember a conversation I had about Female Seeds. I still need to do some digging into hashy plants, but I would definitely consider a stable WWxBigBud to add to the archives. I’ve smoked the white widow from one of the banks that used to be a sponsor here... it’s decent and has a nice smell. Kinda reminds me of a good cheese.
:laughtwo: oopsie - I think I melded two threads together in my brain...
:D
How about this one
Beautiful-my gosh. Those colours!

Well, this camera is giving me a lot of technical errors and I’m starting to see why it was 25 bucks. Initially I installed the micro SD and everything worked great. The SD card had filled up again, so I formatted it like I did two days prior.. now it doesn’t register that there’s an sd card inserted. I reset it and did all the trouble shooting steps... so I’m kind of frustrated.

Does it need to be formatted as FAT rather than NTFS? Some cards come FAT and then you format them and they are NTFS when you're done. Or vice versa.

Plants looks terrific btw!
I thought about that shed, but the wyze app itself does the formatting of the SD. I had used it once before and it worked fine after formatting. I did some digging in their forums and found that their last firmware update permanently makes SDs non-functional. I did update my firmware when I got home today, so that answers that question at least... now i have to roll back the firmware update and it should work again.

So yesterday was transplant day, everything went smoothly for the most part. I think I should’ve transplanted a few days earlier though; a few of them have yellowed up on the bottom. Almost every rootball looked like this:

I gave them 3g/gal MC and 1/4tsp protekt just to get some silica going on. We’ll see if they’re alright with those ratios.

The garlic Sherbert is looking the most sad and droopy. I think she was the most rootbound. She should snap out of it now that she’s got a lot more soil and oxygen in her root zone. The yellowing looks a lot worse in person.

The plant that surprised me the most to see happy today is the LA Cheese. When I transplanted it the entire rootball fell apart in my hand. I had to just plop it into the pot and cover it up the best I could while keeping the plant standing. Miraculously she’s put out a decent amount of growth overnight so I must’ve been gentle enough.

the Xanadu, Grandpa Punch, and Chemdog respectively all look about the same. Perking up this morning after their transplants.

The standout this morning is clearly the Killer A5 Haze. She looks fantastic and clearly into full vegetative growth.

Here they all are, starting top left going clockwise: Grandpa Punch, Garlic Sherbert, Xanadu, LA Cheese, Killer A5 Haze, Chemdog

that’s all for now, but we’re picking up steam. I’m now on that, “waiting for pots to be completely dry” phase. We’ll see how long it takes.
:rollit:

Thanks Shed! This strain is insanely potent and has been tested up to 29%. Right now she smells like sticky candy
Beauty of a plant, Chef. But it looks like it would smell like bubblegum to me. :laughtwo:

It’s not bubblegum! Have you ever had Choward’s violet mints? They’re purple square mints that are lavender flavored. It kind of smells like that.. but very sweet.

Never had Choward's, Chef. I'll have to imagine.

My previous post was kind of an inside joke because all weed plants smell like bubblegum to me! :Rasta:

That's a dream lineup Chef!

Nice roots! They will like their new homes. Do you add any myco or anything when transplanting?
I did not, I scratch mycos into the soil about a week after they all popped so it’s already there. I think that’s part of the reason then rootbound so quickly. I might give some more to the LA Cheese though.

Tell me about it! Gonna be some sticky buds come harvest time.
