Maine 4-Season Greenhouse Grow

Hiya BH,

Looking good over there. Buds will be smaller this year because of not enough sun. Mine are smaller, too. Hopefully, it'll be too cold for botrytis. I can hope, lol.
No frost here either. We're pretty sheltered here. Mature ladies can take some cold. I've heard they can take a light frost. So far, so good.

Will we ever see any photos? ;)

Sure, I'll get some before the sun goes down. Btw, I have posted a few on the carnival thread. Didn't think you'd want me cluttering up your thread. Be back soon.

Okay, here we go. First pic is a 9' 5" carnival lady. ( I measured all three. This is to only one over 9 ')

Well, I'm no photographer. Eyes can't see display well enough. Oh well, here's the second lady:

This is the lady that split the stalk because 2 branches were too heavy, and the ends dropped to the ground during the rain and wind. So, I cut the branches, and lashed the stalk back up with rope. They're still producing buds, lol.

The third had no botrytis at all. 8' 9" Without further adieu:

Some bud shots:

Purple color looks like bud rot. It's not.

I wanted to get a pic to show how they're stacking up, but apparently it's too dark. Maybe next time.

Newty just had hers freeze and come back from the dead. Pretty amazing.

76F nowNot even a squirrel wants to move in this junk......
Hopefully those warm days are behind me...had a nice campfire going last night and my head is already into fall (and planning next summer's grow!). I lollipopped some conifers yesterday just to improve my technique....

Bode your tree looks GOOD man !! Had a set back with my worms , I think the black ben got to hot and killed all of the ones in there . But the clear one has new baby's and is doing well ! Been grinding my food for them seems they like it LOL . Can someone tell me when the best time to harvest would be for an auto ? Mine has clear pistols and starting to turn red looking now that the weather is cooling off at night. Thanks Its a NL and BB plant.

Pistils /trichomes look the same on autos as photos during harvest...try to get them to cloudy at least.

Looks like Vivosun "sold out" (from their website and the Zon) on their 4x4 tents...scratching my head...anyone use the 2x4' or is that too low @ 5'? I plan to use it for autos only (and possibly seedlings) so that may work for me. Thoughts?

Hiya BH,

I would think 5' would be tall enough. I haven't grown any autos that tall. I've read a lot of journals, and have found a couple growers getting autos taller, but that might be down the road. If it wasn't tall enough, you could always use it to veg in.
