LMAO Cloning For Dummies

That's true....was told some deficiencies are actually a ph problem is only reason I worry....I don't wanna try to correct a deficiency when in all it was a ph problem....but I was also told not to really worry about ph when using tap water with soil...but I'm using well water which is all from natural springs where I live...what I was told anyway

You pH your water don't worry about the pH of your run off if your water is good going in and you're not eating too many nutrients your water will be right on where it should be this is the pH of your runoff until it actually causes a problem if it actually causes a problem then then Sweeney really actually need to worry about it please let me know if this is not making any sense

I would appreciate it if you would post one or two of these charge so I can see if they are running runoff pH or whether they are running the water pH

It makes sense...just when I seen the rust spots on the older leaves I read could be cal mag needed or ph problems so I just like to know where and what I need to pay attention to...so yea I'm always gonna read and research things ....just sux there can be soooo many variables on the same subject

I am sorry just by what you are writing I can tell you right now they are talking about pH in your water before you water your plants not the runoff this is a normal process and it is so that your plant can eat the most nutrients as possible you can keep your pH in between 6 and 6.5 the way to narrow down your variables is to just write everything down that has to do with your grow and your girl only you can memorize all the other stuff that you need but just write down all yours that way you can go directly to the source of the problem at that point in time and I have to search through a whole bunch of information to find one single thing that's right in front of your face

I like to teach people the things that I have learned over the last 12 years I learned from a guy that had been doing it for 47 years and now I know things that he still don't know and I still talk to him here in there

Yea man ....hell im getting help so if I can help someone I will

Can you please share where those charts can be found on the internet? My eyes are not what they used to be and those are too small for me to read and see the leaves in detail.

I also did not see a photo showing the plant I have right now. I guess that one would be titled..........."Nearly Dead"

I was lucky enough to stumble into TOAST and he taught me to clone using a produce bag. You take the cutting and prepare it as you usually would, stripping the outer skin and dusting with rooting hormone. I use aloe, TOAST uses Clonex. We both get 100% success. I also use Rapid Rooters, where he uses Rockwool.

Cloning by TOAST

Once the cutting is secured you blow the bag up and seal it. Then you open it up every three days to replenish water if necessary, check for roots, and refill the bag with fresh CO2 from your exhale.

Moisture builds up when you're the right distance from the light. This is the most critical part IMO, getting to the sweet spot in lighting. This plant sits about 31" from the light, and that appears to be optimal in my garden, with my lights.

So easy I sometimes chuckle when I'm setting a new clone. The cuttings suffer very little stress with this method and I've yet to lose one. They take about 14 days and they're ready to pot.

Would it hurt to spray plain water on the mom since I'm using low heat t5 bulbs or no....I know the leaves can't get light burn thru water drops

The only time it is not okay to spray your plant with water is when you are in flowering and that is because the water gets into the buds itself and can cause mold and Bud rot
