Alright, that actually makes it easier. Keeping N that high was tricky. For reference I ran 6g/G MC and this is what it shows:
6mg is really the outer reaches of MC and will often show K tox as folks added more in an attempt to keep their leaves green in flower. That's why I only use their N numbers as a gauge in veg. I still think you'll be better off with the K under 200 if you can swing it.

I can get pretty close with Remo (with less P) as follows:

8ml - Micro, VeloKelp, Natures Candy
6ml - Bloom
4ml - Magnifical, Astroflower
.5g - Gypsom

This gives me:

This looks much more reasonable to me and seems to hit all the targets.

I like his numbers too, but not as much as I like his plants!
IIRC, Velokelp has some Si. Not potassium silicate, the other one.
I can't find my bottle of it so I can't get the amount for you.

My recommendation would be:

N in The 150-170 range. Ideal on the lower end of that 150-160.

P 30-45. I'm usually shooting closer to 30.

K, this is the number I'm currently trying to figure out. I was in the 200 range for quite a while. My plants look great until the last couple weeks. I tried upping the K to 225ish on this last batch to try to keep them pristine until the chop. Did not work. My current hypothesis is to keep K 175ish if you're looking for yield. The latest article suggests even lower if you're looking for max strength. I'm dropping my K to 100 to test the theory. First feeding of the new blend will be tonight. Of course they've already been fed 225 up till now. So until I can get a full grow with the new numbers, I can't say for certain what the results will be.

Synopsis: shoot for 160:30:175 and you should have pretty solid results. Feed that same blend at 60% for seedlings, about 2 weeks after birth, feed 80%, at week 4 and through to chop, 100%.

You're right Mel, VeloKelp has .06% Monosilicic Acid. I'm not sure how much Si that equates to.

OK Gotcha

Thanks a lot Farside. For autos, I've been using soil amended with Geoflora veg. That been doing a great job through veg. So I'm just looking for a late veg & flowering mix. With a couple of tweaks, I can get close to those numbers:

8ml - Micro, VeloKelp, Natures Candy
6ml - Bloom, Magnifical
2ml - Astroflower
.5g - Gypsom

Puts me at:

The P is still a bit high but it's the lowest I can get it and keep everything else in line.

I'd be comfortable with that.

I'd be comfortable with that.
Thanks for all yours and Shed's help. Hopefully Julie likes it as well ;)
Is Mn (manganese) really that high? I've never seen that micro at those levels.
That's a great catch farside. I checked and found I had entered the Mg as Mn in the Magnifical. Fixed it and re-calculated.

Daisy (Barneys Farms Dos Si Dos Auto)
Date: 7/14/23 Day# 82 Fday# 53
Medium: 5G SIP bucket with FFHF soil & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Nutrients week#6-8 flower

Daisy is ripening up quickly. I'm just giving her plain water through the end, still about 2L/day right now. Well into her 11th week from seed and 8th week of flower, I doubt she has two weeks left. All of her buds are putting on weight and getting dense. I've had to tie a few lower buds up to keep them from falling over. Most of the stigmas have turned and crinkled, her smell has increased and her frost is getting thick.

Today I took some tric shots. There's still some clear, but more cloudy than I expected and a few ambers.

It looks like she may be ready to harvest soon. Which is good, because today I found some unwelcome visitors in the Vivosun Auto Oasis as well.

Spider mites  They must have been here a while too, especially on this bud :(

This is the only webbing I can find, the rest of the buds look clean... for now.
So far I haven't seen them in any of my other tents, and I'm going to try to keep it that way too. So now, what to do?

First step: I mixed up 5G of @Sierra Natural Science SNS-209 (preventative). I filled Julie's res with this (she was due for a water-only anyways), and I gave Daisy 2L as well. I'm not expecting much with Daisy, but I'm hoping it will help Julie build up some defense.

Next: I mixed up a bottle of @Sierra Natural Science SNS-217C (spider mite treatment) today. I used this on my Purple Haze grow, in the 6th week of flower. After washing, drying, and curing the buds I'm still smoking that grow, and it has no taste at all. Therefore, I have no problems spraying this on Daisy's buds. I'll have to wash her buds at harvest anyways now. For now, I just sprayed the bud that looked really bad. I'll spray anywhere else I see them tonight near lights-out, concentrating on the undersides of the leaves.

Finally: I have ordered 1500 ladybugs coming next week. I'll release them nightly for the next couple of weeks in ALL of my tents.

I believe they started in the salad tent, and that tent is due for a deep cleaning this week. I'll probably end up rotating through the tents, cleaning each one and leaving it empty for a week or two before using it again. The war has begun...

Julie (Herbies Seeds Girl Scout Cookies Auto)
Date: 7/13/23 Day# 45
Medium: 5G SIP Bucket with FFHF & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Wk#1-4

Julie's broken main seems to be doing fine. Growth still looks good on the branch that had to be repaired, and the supercropped stems are already bouncing back.

She's on day# 10 of flower and is up to 24" tall already. She is throwing stigmas everywhere. She's almost as tall as Daisy, although she is still on 'stilts'. Soon the riser will come off and she'll have both AeroLights all to herself.

Looking closely, I do see spider mite damage on a couple of leaves (white dots).

Daisy and Julie are so close they're touching, of course they're on Julie too. She'll get a good spraying with SNS-217C tonight, and every few days over the next couple of weeks. I'm hoping I can get rid of them, but in a perpetual tent that may not be possible. Worst case scenario, I may need to start the new auto in a different tent and give this one a deep cleaning. It's summer time, and time to get serious about IPM!

So I'm torn. Part of me says to go ahead and harvest Daisy this weekend. Getting her out of the tent will also remove most of the spider mites. It also makes it easier to treat Julie.

On the other hand, she's probably only 7-10 days away. I can spray any bad spots, and try to keep it from spreading any further. Let the trichomes mature a little more.

Then there are the other options, like harvesting the cola that is most infected and spraying the rest.

What would you do?

I've never had to deal with spidermites, but I would try option 3. Taking out the most infected cola and spraying the rest.
If that doesn't seem to have worked in a few days, reasses. You'll have at least a couple more days on the trichs.
Hopefully someone else with more experience can help.

What would you do?
Aside from sliding into deep depression I'm not sure. I hate those friggin' things.

All of your options sound good, but I'd probably start with number 3!

I'm with these suave and ruggedly handsome gentlemen, chop the bad and spray the rest. Turn the fans on high as shit though! Don't want to risk that evil bastard B-Rot coming around while you're fighting the arachnids.

Oof on the mites!

Great info, thanks LKA! I'm sure you'll get them taken care of with that stuff.
Julie's broken main seems to be doing fine.
Once it's healed will you take off the wrapping? It might become a restriction point as the branch grows.
I'm hoping I can get rid of them, but in a perpetual tent that may not be possible.
You could pull the plants and go with a pyrethrin bomb, then air it out and carry on. It's not good for the plants but in an empty tent it should do the job.
What would you do?
I'd spray and harvest as usual. That's what I do outside.

Omg! Fucking spidermites! The bane of my grow!

How I hate them!
I see all the work you go through to keep them in check. My goal is to get rid of them, if possible. This is the second time I've gotten them.

Thanks RSR. I have both AeroLights and the AeroWave E6 blowing on the canopies on 'natural wind' mode, along with the 13" floor fan. I also have the tent set to late flower, with 60% max RH. These ladies are dry a couple minutes after I spray them ;)

Thanks Shed.

I'll keep an eye on it, but I doubt the grafting tape would cause an issue. It's almost like saran wrap, very stretchy. And it's not really sticky, so it tends to unwrap by itself.

That's an good option, I'll look into it.

This is what I've done so far. I sprayed anywhere I saw any damage and the one bud with the webbing. So far, the webbing has not been replaced and I don't see any further damage.
Also, looking at the leaves on Daisy reminded me of another Remo grow near harvest. Otter's BIL uses it and this is a pic of his at chop.
That does look familiar, thanks.

Date: 7/17/23 Day# 85 Fday# 56
Medium: 5G SIP bucket with FFHF soil & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Water Only
Pests: Fungus Gnats, Spider Mites

Daisy is on plain water for almost a week now. She's still drinking, but looks like she's slowing down a little. I think this mornings water was the last this lady will get.
Daisy Tracker 20230717.png
I'm keeping an eye out for the spider mites, but so far I haven't seen any more damage or webs. I sprayed the one cola that was covered in webs on Friday, and here it is today, still clean.

Daisy looks like she is just about finished. Most of her stigma have turned and crinkled up, her calyx are starting to swell. Her lower buds are starting to sag and had to be tied up, and the wiggle test shows quite a bit of weight on her upper buds. The smell has gotten stronger in the last week, and the trichomes are coming in thick. I took more trichome pictures this morning. It looks like the harvest window is open.

Daisy's res is full right now, so I'll give her a couple more days to go through that. She's a lot easier to move around when she's dry ;) I'll start taking some of the lower fans off this week, cleaning her up for harvest. By this weekend she'll be hanging in my drying closet :)

Julie (Herbies Seeds Girl Scout Cookies Auto)

Medium: 5G SIP Bucket with FFHF & Dynomyco
Nutrients: Remo Blend (8-Micro, Kelp, Candy / 6-Bloom, Cal w/ 2-AstoFlower & .5 Gypsum (880/6.2)
Pests: Fungus Gnats, Spider Mites

Julie finished her first water break and is now on her new Remo blend. I mixed up 6G of her new blend and measured it at 6.1pH & 880ppm (1.7 EC). The pH usually rises over the first day, so I expect it to be up to 6.5ish by now.
Julie Tracker 20230717.png
I took Julie out of the tent this weekend and gave her a good spraying with SNS-217C spider mite control. She'll get sprayed a couple more times in the coming weeks. She's not showing much mite damage, but I don't want to give them anywhere to hide. The ladybugs are coming this week.

Julie is still on her riser, but her canopy is now even with Daisy's. That means she's getting the spill-over light from the other AeroLight. Soon, she'll have the whole tent to herself to complete her stretch. She's still growing an inch every day and shows no signs of slowing, filling the tent with fluffy white flowers!

No joke. It's a friggin' jailbreak!

BTW, if you've had those creatures from hell before you already know this, but don't let up spraying too quickly even if you're not seeing any evidence of their presence. They are some sneaky, persistent bastards.
