Light Addict's Fluxing Central - Featuring The Original Flux Journal

Auto buddy great to have you stopping in buddy! :) I hope all is good and green in your world and hope to see another run from you soon! :)

GF, nodes to me are the points your leaf stems from and the same point that you would get bud supporting growth! Taking the top set basically leves the nodes alone but stunts vertical growth so staks node points up for better budding. Its a do it by eye thing really as you don't want to do it non stop :)

Skunny, yep top open set are gone. Then with side foliage that points towards the next big colas site; I as a rule try to leave one fan per node at first. I then work the next colas site in the opposing patern and work your way round. This gives the best light average per site.
Then with the leaf sets that point into center and out away from plant. These are a judgment call. I probs take far more of the ineer pointing ones and leave most outer poited fans! :)
Hope that makes sense :) I medicated for the first time in weeks :) :)

We have had a whole bunch of rain for the first time in so long and the AK fluxer is so happy. I have let her start going vertical as I have no more patience and if she doesn't finish outside I don't know what I would do cause I don't ever want to bring in an outside girl again...:thedoubletake:... Spider mites once is enough......:circle-of-love:

niiiiiice skunny :thumb: great plant discipline she looks tuff!

Remember LA's tips for abusing the tops, to keep the nodes close together, I think you will be practicing the technique, soon.

Spread or Squeeze, LA, which of the methods is used first?

or is Spread or Squeeze, personal preference? :thankyou: :adore: the Teacher :adore:

Cheers guys, I've been spreading the new growth on my other 3 standard plants so I know the score with that :) I've also been practising various techniques on removing the secondary growth & I think I'll go with tweezers as I can grab them when they're still tiny :)
I'll pop some pictures up when I do it just to make sure I'm doing the right thing. :thumb:
