for flush you mean? dont top feed when the system has been running bottom feed because you wash the salts back down which can lock the plants up. for flushing i only use plain water but why would you want to flush now? just stick with your feed schedule til you are ready to harvest.

even for flushing just fill res with plain water and give a week or 10 days on just water. that will flush them fine.

not planing on flushing right now just thinking ahead . i won t be able to feed them from my reservoir as I will have 3-4 other plants that will be far from finished . one might be a boy , I will give it another day or 2 just to be sure and then remove it all together from the system .
if there remain just 3 photoperiods , i will take the feeding lines out of them and feed them by hand but same as the current system , by hand but putting the water in the tray, I think that should solve the problem .
if that NL x5 HAZE turns out to be a boy how long till the pollen becomes usable ? I would like to make some seeds .
Also if the polen is not from a feminized plant, the seeds resulted will also be REGULAR seeds or if I cross them with a Feminized plant will the seeds be the same ? I wouldn t mind getting my hands on some of these seeds , they are 150$/10 seeds at SensiSeeds and that-s for the regular ones not the feminized .

that will be fine feeding into the trays. i dont know what you will get if you pollenate fems with reg pollen. i have never done it. ive read a lot on it but im not qualified to say what you would get. all i will say is if you have a male in there you want it out of the room before it does pollenate or whole room be screwed.

you would be better off having a mother plant than seed, that way you know everytime what you get and its alot faster to grow from clones.

First of all, I agree from the pics you showed that boy is waving his talleywacker all over the place. :rofl:

As for breeding autoflowers, if you did it with that male you would be reducing the feminized gene so you wouldn't be able to trust them later to always be female. I like to use Collodial Silver to reverse a known female and then use its feminized pollen to cross with another female. Then you have maintained the autoflower and feminized traits. Sorry very layman terms and I am sure I have use some term incorrectly for all the true breeders that might stumble upon this thread. :laughtwo:

Good choice culling him from the herd. You are going to have more bud than you know what to do with soon. :circle-of-love:

I created seeds from auto Think Different, which is feminized.

I spayed one branch with tiresias mist, then let that pollen pollinate the same plant and another auto Think Different. The more stable seeds came from the plant that pollinated herself.

So if I were to create autoflower seeds again, I would only seed one plant with her own pollen by usnig Tiresias Mist on one branch Of hers.

I have done the same with an Auto Mazar and was lucky enough to get the pollen developed enough in time to pollinate itself. Those are the seeds in my avatar. That is the one problem with reversing an auto to self pollinate is you have to get the timing just right. I'm reversing a Crop Circle Auto right now but I am keeping the one I am reversing in a solo cup and reversing the entire plant. Started another one two weeks behind the reversed one and putting it in my little 2x2x3 love shack for a little pollinating.:circle-of-love:

bought some water today , 40l - 8$ it had 0ppm . after adding coco A + B , Calmag , and 1/4 strenght explode it got up to 1300-1400 ppm .looking forward to see what happens . PH 5.8

thats pretty high ppm still mate, id drop to around 1000 ppm.

according to dutch pros feeding charts the grow a + b at this stage should be between 1000-1150 ppm by itself . plus the calmag and the explode not so much cause i only used a little

mate ignore feed charts. should be no higher than 2.0ec with the calmag and boost in at this stage of growth. forcing more nutes in wont equal bigger buds after a certain point and you are just wasting nutes and building up crap in the plants. for coco 2.0-2.2ec is as high as you ever need to go, especially from 0ec water.

mate ignore the bottle, always go off ppm and ec. recommended ec for coco is 1.5-1.8ec, you can go higher but you need to be careful and know what you doing.

i see that there are more ways to measure feeding in ppm and some measurements ppm means anothers other ppm , I will check ec in the morning
