Landrace Durban Poison Outdoor Grow

Hey @Lerugged how much water you giving your plants?
Hey man. The big lady drinks about 8lt every 2 to 3 days. Depends as the wind sometimes dries things out quicksnap. The monster crop gets about 4lt every 2 days abouts.

The pots hold quite a bit so it only really dries out after 2 to 3 days. Which reminds me I need to water. Also with water restrictions I can't justify giving as much as I would like too or normally do. Not ideal but I am doing my part with regards to water saving. Meh. Plants seem ok so far.

Cool mines about the same also got the wind drying it quicker i give about 2,2L every second day depending on the weather.

Couple pics of the big lady's buds. Typical sativa bud shape but that was expected and desired so all good. Will send some better pics with the next update. Trying to get pics in 50km/h winds is challenging to say the least. Had a little rain during the night and this morning which is very welcome. Sun out now which is great. Wind - kak.
A kickass week to all

On another note she seems like she will be the type with small tight nuggets as opposed to long fluffy colas. I mean the general shape not the end colas (which are the small nugs just packed tighter) This is the one I prefer of the two types I have grown out as the high I find is super clean if that makes any sense. The other type I find extremely racey and I find it doesn't calm down as much after a cure. Not sure if any of this makes sense...Just saying :)

I'll show this pic to mine and kindly ask to develop one just like that... haha
I usually find the lower nuggets racey... but in my case it may be because they ripen a bit later than top "colas". Idk..

Haha. I usually harvest in stages to let them lower guys ripen up. Hoping yours is gonna fill out all the space on the branches. Very interested to compare smoke report and also the buds once ripe.

Oh I'm not this "I can taste a wet dog on a sunny morning" person.. haha not sure how useful my smoke report could be.. Smoked some.. got high.. liked it.. :):)
Haha with notes of raspberry , plums , citrus and a hint of farmyard ... I saw that on a bottle of wine once
It's good shiz indeed.

Good day to all.
Time for a monster crop update. Awaiting the second wave of pistils which I think is starting pretty soon. Plants are super sticky and smell heavenly. Not too much seed forming so hoping it's mostly over . The buds are getting dense for sure. Anyways some pics .

Doesn't look like she even cared about that south easter :) looking good there.
Thanks man. Probably because she has been in that wind since day one she can handle it a bit better. Looking at the plants my neighbour just moved to his Terrance mine can handle the wind. His are looking like someone took a weed wacker to them. Go figure
