Thank you! :kisstwo: I'm going for it with gusto, just as if you were all in the background chanting "Flip! Flip! Flip!"

Relief is needed asap, so the yield isn't my primary concern for the first grow. BUT, you can bet as I turn to my second and a perpetual setup that I will be focusing on yield. Topping NL #2 gave me two nice cola sites, so I will be experimenting more with my next grows. Can't wait! :blushsmile:

Do you have more seeds of the Candida Lady A?

If so.. why not flip em soon. Mine are pretty tall and bushy and like 10days older than yers and Id flipp Mine if I had room:drool:

Maybe flip em soon, then start a few more seeds...

I do! As an extra measure, I also did a small cutting from each plant to try and get a clone. At least I have more seeds as a backup if I really mess this up.

:drool: is right! That's probably why I can't wait any longer. :laugh:

It's official - FLIP DAY!!! :party:



We'll see if I get anything out of my clones, Scorpio. I read and looked at tons of pictures, but there were so many ways of doing it that I ended up just going for it. I cut mine from the lower branches, left them to soak in rooting gel for a minute, and then put into the cloner. My cloner is running with clear rez, Life cloning solution 15ml/gallon, and ph'd to 6.

I just moved mine to 3gal Pots...... No room for Flip.... But in a few weeks Ill have more Auto's rocking the tent

This day is special! I can't believe how excited I am. :)

Now I just need another light for veg and....... Uh oh, I'll have a long list by the time this post is through. :laugh: The T5 will be here tomorrow, but it's a 2 footer and only big enough for the cloner.

cloning is a lot easier than most people tend to make it. After your first coulpe (where you are scared out of your mind) it becomes easy...

sounds like you are gonna do fine,

my first one, I wore vinly gloves, sterilized my snips, cut, soak in ph water, then dip in powder, and into the rooter, sweating with nervousness...

now, I grab whatever crusted snips on hand, tap water, cut, dip in powder and drop in a rooter... but heck, you could probably just leave it in a glass of water and it would root, lol they are resilient little buggers.

*edit: the clones I took from my current bag seed, I used 10 year old rooting powder, all still rooted, took a bit longer than normal though

Haha! There was some nervousness while make those cuts, I can assure you. My outside plants are snipped with wild abandon, and I don't give it a second thought. Now that my first cloning cuts are over, I can look back and realize it is just like any other trimming or cutting I would do. I was just too worried because these seem like such an investment in seed, time, and the hope of a good harvest to feel better.

No fear, people! Grab those cutters and get to it. :allgood:

I tend to vape when my kids are off to bed. I usually do my chores after the first one, then vape a second time when I'm done and about to settle in for some TV or whatever. I don't know how many times after that second vape I've opened the tent just to sit and stare for a while. Cannabis definitely enhances the experience of staring at cannabis!

Congrats on the flip! It's pretty awful to go back to not having what you need - luckily that's not the case much longer for you. Can't wait to hear your experience with the Candida - I fully expect to grow it myself soon.
