Just like people. I scanned a page of male flowers out of my bible . Very different from the ladies.

Generally yes. The female will have that as well but will also have a small nodule just at the junction next to it. Small white hairs may not be visible right away but within a few days should show up. Usually the plants have to be a few weeks old before that shows or put under 12/12 to force flowering early then they'll show.

ok thanx, i think i better take a clone from my bigbud x afghai before i start with the LST, dont want to put effort in just to grow a daddy lol id forgot i bought reg. seeds, on the other hand i might just pull it, its a touchy pain in the butt strain and its from pukka seeds who dont exactly have an amazing reputation!!

Your journal is an education in it's self. Old Friend. You do keep it interesting and I totally agree talking about other things between pictures is the way to made a journal interesting. WTG.

By the way, your link to vote on contests, doesn't actually take you to the polls where you can vote. Butcher's links don't either. I want to vote, but even when I looked in the contest page. I see no polls, where I can vote.
Any ideas ?

I just wanted to post a pic of this weird looking top on one of my plants. Most of them look fairly similar but this one has got a different look all together. All the branches and the leaves grow straight up close to the main stem. This may be desirable for a SoG when the plants are placed very close together. I'll have to see how it finishes up and get clones.

Here's a pic of one end of the unchanged tub at 56 days, 44 days flowering. Waiting for the big swellings to begin. I gave that tub a 100ml of Wild Thing Bloom and 100 ml AN Micro and the ppm went from 920 to 1600. I don't know if the different Bloom is higher strength or the Micro. The changed tub was still at 1130 ppm so I just gave it 50 ml AN Micro and it went to 1420 ppm. Must be the Micro that raises the ppm so much. We'll see what happens with the higher nute levels.

Pretty freaky looking top eh. I'm hoping it grows a monster cola of top grade bud and I'll make it a momma for lots of babies. Root the clones, stick 'em in the 12 hole tub, 1 week veg, then 12/12 for a SoG of 12 phat colas. New tub every 2 weeks, harvest 1st tub at 8-10 weeks then one every 2 weeks in a perpetual grow. Or use 4-hole tubs and top the plants twice for 4 colas each. Keep the plant count down in case of complications. ;0)
