This is pro mix hp haha with jiffy start seed in middle of pots. Next grow one soil straight.
Pro mix is the same deal, its sphagnum peat moss

Run off I guess is just needed when youbstart feeding nutes to avoid salt buildups. A good indicator is to statt feeding nutes when your soil ammended fertilisers are running out. Havent tried coco so not sure how it works there.

I'm well I add nutes on autos from/during week two. From seed. But when I water a seed freshly put in soil should there be rib off. I'm thinking that a good healthy root system should be going vertical no horizontal right? So if u water all around pot but real deep but just around leaf . So root is forced to dig down and go deep which would lead to strong thick stalk. Ultimately, making your plant thrive. Then when it drys it Wil go downward searching for water. Moisture in soil. I'm. Learning. Eventually would like to make my own soil medium. I'm thinking. Will see.
If youre in coco dont be afraid to water completely. If it stays dry you'll encounter hot spots.

I'm. Usually on a moisture tester from Walmart. Normally two to three days. Before dry again. I'm getting it
Coco you water everyday, dont skip days. If in soil every 3 days may be fine.
