very nice john,
i wonder why its not showing any signs of changing, it usually happens pretty quick so should of happened by now, you could always collect pollen for another grow, just keep it stored somewhere dark and it will remain viable as long as it stays dry, ive kept pollen for a couple of months with no problems and its still been used to produce seeds, so it can be collected and stored as long as its kept totally dry.
it should self polinate if left in flower to long as well, so it still has time to produce seeds i think as long as the pistils are still their then it will still have time to produce seeds, if you think if a plant thats reached harvest but left a few weeks longer then it produces its own pollen and self polinates, so it still has time to produce seeds even if it reaches harvest.
hopefully you will notice a change soon and be able to pollinate the first plant, in thet past ive harvested plants but left the buds with seeds in on the plant until the seeds are ready so theirs still time to produce seeds
