Like cannabomb62 stated its more efficient to use two. I have one blowing over the top of the canopy which is between the lights and the plants this allows me to get my light closer to my plants. The other one blows through the bottom of the canopy. The plants seem to love this set up. Week three looks to be very exciting. The plants are still stretching critical has slowed down a lot. There is a lot of new bud sites developing. I believe this has to do with the defoilating allowing more light penetration.

When did you notice your plants stretching? I've been on 12-12 for a week but haven't noticed a big stretch yet.

The first week they get ready to bloom should start popping a lot of pistols second week they will stretch a lot so be ready lol week 3 they will slow down but will still stretch

Transition f from veg to flower is 3 weeks long like you said the first week signs of sex should show second week and first week stretching begins and by the third week stretching will finish you should get double to Triple in size on indicas and sativas it all depends on height restrictions but at least double to Triple in size as well

Yea ive had a sativa that i had to trash because it outgrew my tent!
I believe i have that same strain crossed with northern lights growing along side my northern lights right now!
so well see if crossing with the mainly indica nl will help that any..

Looking real good for a first grow man. I have to disagree, pretty much everything you ready about FFOF says that for cannabis you should add around 25% perlite. I think you did your research and are reaping the rewards of that research with a great first grow. Very good work man, you are looking awesome.

Thanks for the info I vegged for 6 weeks and now in first week of flower. Luckily I won't have any hight restrictions unless they get over 10 feet tall lol

Thank you all for your comments and feedback. My northern lights and critical exploded from day one of flowering. The bubble gum plants just keep growing at their normal pace. I believe its all about the strains genetics. Critical has slowed down so hopefully the stretch is over for her. Northern lights has now caught up to critical. I get excited everytime I open the tent. I will get some picture updates posted soon. Happy growing.

You can super crop in the first couple weeks of flower if your plants are getting too big you can top right when you put them in flower too it will help the stretching from very too out a control

Good information cannabomb62. I will definitely remember that my next grow. I think its to late this grow I have buds growing out of the ends of all my stems. I still have a few options to get a little more height out if my lights if I need to. I will post some pictures tomorrow.

Yeah no problem man. I have also heard of people supercropping late flower but I kinda thinks that's a bad idea cuz it will stunt the growth a bit. Best to do it the first couple weeks so they have time to recover before they go into full flower mode. And For sure I would love to see pics of the girls and setup.

I finished working my plants today and have some updated pictures. Pot farming is hard work. LOL At least that's what I tell my wife. It gets in the blood don't it. I adjusted my light to a straight bar to get a couple more inches I can squeeze out a couple more if I need to. I am still only feeding nutrients at 75% every other watering like the fox farms soil guide states for best results although I see some are using at full strength every watering and doing great so I'm on the fence about giving them the nutrients every watering they look like they could handle it I guess I'm more afraid of nutrient lockout. So here are todays pics.

It is addicting and super rewarding! I've been thinking about my next grow also I still have plenty of seeds but want to try something new also. I was debating on ordering some rainbow kush just to see the color.

LOL, I have 10 each of auto blue tooth and auto critical thunder I purchased and still want to buy everything I see. I can only run 4 at a time. Too many choices you gotta love that. I'm going to have to start ordering from a seed bank that sales smaller quantities so I can try more strains.

I'm thinking of going with a veg and flower rooms the next grow to try more flavors lol. I have 18 strawberry ice 18 ak47 extm and 3 white queen left.

Blue dream is probably one of my favorites it grow super robust. I just stuck three in the bloom tent yesterday.
