Keith's Real Second Grow - Banana Jealousy

Good morning Keith. It's getting to be time to check for landslide rot. The kind that sneaks up and takes more than is acceptable fast! My Runtz Muffin is on watch for any day now. she's got thick dense buds that I have a hard time seeing early rot in. I'd rather take her down a few days early than lose half the plant. I'm heading up the ladder today to see ripeness of the top 2 or 3 feet and I might harvest that now then look again tomorrow. :)
 
I have to get the camper set up for drying there is a lot of shit in there my son used it as his little love shack when he was younger, and he had his mother fooled the whole time. She always thought the boys were staying in there, but I know better. He had girls in there every weekend. 🍋

The last plants look awesome! Nice to have that camper to hang the buds in too.

I just chopped half of Runtz Muffin. There was a small piece of rot on almost every branch. Not bad at all! It was time for her. Tomorrow I'll finish the rest. Still need more time for Apple Betty.
 
Glad you got to it hope you save a lot of good bud. How long does it usually take for your bud to dry. I have always been about 1 or 2 weeks in the attic. This year it is outside in the camper I can open the windows in the morning and close the at night. I hope to get a nice breeze in the camper. 🍋
 
I have a good feeling Mack and Crack may not make it as she is 90% sativa, and the weather here just does not stay nice long enough around here, but we will see. Hopefully bud rot will not get her before it is matured. 🍋
 
I picked up some baking soda, Lemon juice and some Hydrogen Peroxide to wash my bud. I will only use baking soda and lemon juice for Pineapple Chunks. I will use the hydrogen peroxide for some of the bud from Banana Jealousy. I hope they both come out good, but the job is not done yet. Dry and cure. 🍋

I had enough so I will finish in the morning. Found some bud rot but only a little so I just cut them off and tossed them. No trying to save some of the bud just tossed it. As long as I can get them dry, I will be all set for curing. I still have Banana Jealousy she is still in her pot idk maybe I will try and save some. 🍋

No Shed that is half of her I have been trimming the buds before hanging. Then I spent 2 hours running around town trying to find some new trimming shears. 🍋 I am growing them smaller next year.
