WOW Jon all your buds look fantastic. Great job on the smoke report too.

Thanks so kindly, Rexer!!!Honestly Jon, you've got to have some of the best smoke reports I've seen. Your abilities to describe everything paints a perfect picture.
That doesn't even touch on the steady stream of beauty that exits your tents
Woohoo back in action.Ok @Bill284, I have made a decision on our next coco project. Which in theory should be a lot easier on you this time. Lol.
I'm simply going to grow all three. 1 Ethos Mandarin Zkittlez, 1 Ethos Fruity Pebble Cookies, and 1 Humboldt Blueberry Cupcake. We'll go Dixie > 1/2 > 7 on all three plants in your coco mix. Veg them out in the tent completely. By the time they're getting close to the flip, I'll know if the three coco plants in 7s was just too much for the space, which I suspect it may be. In that case, I simply take whichever plant has the least dense buds, and toss it outside to flower!!! They'll be on 20/4 or maybe I'll do 24/0 this time in veg, so if I had to toss one outside to flower the natural light cycle will definitely flower it out no problem. And if I'm not pressed for space simply finish it out entirely in the tent.
Done deal. You down?
Now you want Air Pots too. Jeez.Woohoo back in action.
Coco for the win again.
Do I have to say it? Don't forget this time.
I guess asking for air pots would be pushing it a bit.
So I'll just enjoy the ride again.
Can't wait Mucker.
Stay safe
Bill
Just pulling your leg my friend. Now you want Air Pots too. Jeez.
Tell you what Bill, I have one. It's a 5. Is that teensy tiny little bit of more air an AirPot lets in versus a cloth pot (I bet you couldn't even measure the difference) worth using the 5 instead of three 7s?
Yeah, that's what I thought.
Jon you should be like one of those folks who get paid to do wine write-ups!Honestly Jon, you've got to have some of the best smoke reports I've seen. Your abilities to describe everything paints a perfect picture.

Thanks FR. I'd rather do that than my real job, in which I edit religious text books. Ugh. Don't they know this IS my religion?Jon you should be like one of those folks who get paid to do wine write-ups!
Instead of wine you do weed write-ups.
Probably worse ways to make a living
Your FL. canal fishing takes me back to when I visited my Grandparents who were Snowbirds that spent the cold weather months in Okeechobee.
Lol. Tilapia really are this area's version of that horrid little fish. Just a little bigger and fight a little bit harder. But basically you just reel them in like limpish logs after about 30 seconds. Lol. That said, I've snagged a couple five pounders that were pretty fun with my super light tackle.Just pulling your leg my friend.
Stick with your plan.
Nice little sunny.
Stay safe

Looking promising!Mystery Plant
I've got it! It had to be Mr. Green, in the topiary, with the pruning shears! Lol.
I'm becoming more convinced every day that this is a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I remember the interior growth looking just like this on that one and her side branching beginnings looking like this. I *think* I remember the leaves looking like this as well. I highly doubt it's an auto at this point. Just isn't growing like an auto. Doesn't look like the Dos Si Dos auto as I remember it in early veg. But we'll see. The PUC is unmistakable once it begins flower. Tried to find older pics of those plants at the same point in veg, but couldn't find any to compare.
Anyway, today, daytime spot on the lennai.
Yeah, so far so good. I'd like to get her green up some more. I know part of that is just waiting on the microbes to be fully humming, but we should about be at that point nowish. If she doesn't get a bit darker for me in the next three or four days, I was going to mix in a bunch of the fresh worm poop I have and get her some N that way. Any other thoughts on that or do you think her color is okay?Looking promising!
Ha! You grow some beautiful plants so far be it for me to offer that advice. But I think your thoughts on the worm castings is a good one. I was rereading some info on the Clackamas Coot's mix and when he uppots he adds a layer of worm castings as a top dressing, and neem, karanja and crustacean meals into the soil mix. The meals add some nutrients and act as systemic as the plant takes them up.Yeah, so far so good. I'd like to get her green up some more. I also have Kelp Me Kelp You, from Fox Farms. I thought that might help too? I'm out of the Big Bloom, their base OMRI product that's basically just worm and bat poop, that would do it for sure, but I don't want to buy a bottle just for this and I'm retiring the FF line for maybe ever.
I think I've read that neem and karanja might help prevent thrip infestations, but it's too soon to be sure.neem, karanja and crustacean meals into the soil mix
Ha ha. That might have been me making those comments.I think I've read that neem and karanja might help prevent thrip infestations, but it's too soon to be sure.
Hey @Azimuth, thanks for the kind words. I wouldn't ask if I didn't value your opinion. And that's a great answer. Well, this Mystery Girl is in soil with microbes, not coco, so I'm sure adding that stuff would be fine. However, I'm kind of in "get rid of what I can" mode, and would prefer not to buy more stuff. She's already got whatever she got from the used soil, a bunch of frass, a bunch of bokashi, one application of bokashi/frass tea, Geoflora Veg, and a top dress of Geoflora Veg, not to mention some Great White and some Fox Farms Microbe Brew along with a hit of Kelp Me Kelp You and one of Weed Easy seaweed supplement. So I'm feeling like she's got enough going on right now to completely sustain her, with maybe just a top dressing/amendment of Geo veg in about ten to twelve days (around the two week mark since she first tasted fresh Geo per their feeding parameters). Just would like to see a little bit of a darker green. But like I said, I'll give it a few more days for the 'crobes to do their thing, and see how she is then. Other than that (and that may be just me) she's pretty doggone healthy for a mystery plant sprouted in stained mulch and used soil. I really thought the mulch would have killed her before she got big enough for us to consider the experiment. The resilience of the plant never ceases to amaze me.Ha! Probably different with your coco though. Are microbes a part of that process at all?
Edit: I just reread your post and you do mention microbes. And I know the kelp meals for a more balanced input, not primarily nitrogen. In fact, this article suggests potassium is the lead input. Also lots of growth hormones as well, and a ton of micronutrients.
