Jon's Dedicated Fruity Pebble Cookies Grow Plus The Mystery Plant

And in all seriousness, I think with your setup (media, nutes, lighting) and knowledge of growing, you have to be close to maxing out some of the genetics you grow. Your's are not typical plants and buds and therefore the resultant photos are not something even a great photographer but average grower could achieve.

Easier to find a great photographer than a great grower. Think of all the free seeds you would get from seed companies wanting to be showcased in your next addition. Hell, they'd probably also pay you to do it!
Thanks for the kind words Azi, muchas gracias. I feel like there must be 1000 people just like me already providing the photos they already use. Although I will say that once in a while nowadays I end up with buds that kind of beat the photos from the strain in the seed catalog. I might have to team up with someone on this who I consider to be a real life good grower with a ton of knowledge, and between the two of us create something cool. You got my wheels turning, that's for sure. If you can't market yourself, you shouldn't call yourself a marketer. Lmao.

Jack Herer

We have color on Jack and four sweet colas like this one along with lots of smaller buds on the side branches. Maybe a 3-4 ounce plant. She is quite the N hog, I can't keep up. She's going to get Easy Weed Seaweed Supplement with her next few feedings. Try to green her up a bit. I don't want to use the BP Cal Mag again. The second picture is the actual color of the plant, (good lord, if she was as yellow as it appears in the first pic I'd be freaking out, lol) and she looks *okay* just not great. Doesn't seem to be adversely affecting the bud production too much though.

That's obviously dried dog slobber! Duh.

What color are you seeing? I'm not seeing much besides green, yellow, and white, but that could be my monitor.

Spud Bud is one of those that looks like it was sprinkled with confectioner's sugar.
What color are you seeing?

You don't see all the light brown/pinkish color coming on in the second Jack Herer picture?

I pulled that quote from the Zkittlez pics.
Oh. Okay, well I just looked at them too. Those are even more obvious than the Jack second picture color. Orange hairs everywhere. Not sure what you're seeing or not seeing.....I'm not saying they are going to break any color records, but they're miles from white green and yellow.....monitor?

Oh you meant the fading pistils? Sorry, I didn't understand that. When someone says "the color is coming in" I think they're talking about the flowers themselves. Like this one from KyeaMofire:

Lol! Now I get where you were coming from! Oh, no, the Zkittlez has none of this going on. I doubt it will either. It's as pedestrian a Zkittlez genetic as there is out there. Tasty, decent thc, smells good, small yield - no extravagant colors or anything special really. Not ragging on my own bud, but that's the truth. It's cool, a little bit photogenic, and when it had all 8 colas a bit likeable in terms of structure as you noted one time, but really truth be told it's nothing special.

Edit: gimme a few weeks. I have that in droves in the tents on it's way.

I might have just ordered some Mac n Jack feminized photo and Grandpa's Cookies feminized photo seeds from Ethos via North Atlantic Seed Company. Can't be sure, but I have some email to that effect.

Wednesday Evening Titan Bud Picture

This is one of the six buds like this one that form the first ring down from the two main colas. These buds are bigger than the lower ring buds (except for a couple monsters) but not as big as the colas, which I don't even know how are still standing relatively straight. Thank god for MSA.

Zkittlez Trichomes
Day 63 (ish)

Here's several trichome pictures. There's one that is a little different, you'll probably be able to figure out which one. I can take this plant whenever I want. Won't be today. Likely tomorrow or Saturday. Sorry for the picture quality, not my best work.

TITAN Bud Shots

These first three are three random bud tops. I am so beyond in love.

And this picture is for the folks over at @NextLight. I wanted to get a shot of the sun that has powered Titan, the 420h. This is a spectacular light and for big plants or big autos (or anything else you want to do) , it works very well in a 3x3. Every plant I have grown under the 420h has done extremely well. I even used it in a 5x5 outdoor rig for five plants and it was enough to cover that space, with just a bit of centering the plants. Thanks NextLight, appreciate excellent equipment. So this picture is a shot looking up the two main colas towards the sun.

Morning @Jon! You gonna smoke that bug? Cool pic! My friend convinced me to wait longer before chopping the Cream Cookies, I'd say it was close to 20% amber. I'm not letting them go that long any more, it's a nice high for night time because it consistenly puts me to sleep lol. It's always something lol.

How old it Titan now? The site says 14 weeks, how do you think that's looking? Have a great growing/smoking day!

The GC site lists the flowering time indoors at 11 weeks, ie, 77 days, not sure where you got 14 weeks. Here's a cut and paste right off the site on the page that describes the strain.

So today is day 80. We are still at least two weeks out. I'm thinking like 95-100 days. Which would be more in line with the 14 weeks (98 days) you found.

Smoke something good today!!

Fun with Fulvia

So here is the very lowest, very flarfiest branch/bud on the entire plant
, a 1st node branch I allowed to live to see what would come of it. It is also the bud that is blasted the most by the dehumidifier heat, which is why I have it tucked to where you see it here, naturally it sits almost right on top of the unit where the heat comes out. You can see how yellowish and underdeveloped compared to the others she is.

Here's the whole bud part.

And here's the top, which *almost* looks like it considered becoming a two-headed monster for a minute and changed it's mind.

Meanwhile, directly above this flarfy little 1st node branch is a real bud.

Here is that bud a bit closer.
Jesus. Project this bud forward in time another 40 days or so. And then multiply it by about 25. That's the bulk of Fulvia. Lord.

Zkittlez Buds, The 5 Sisters, One Hour Post Final On the Vine Bud Wash

Now these are much more presentable. Lol. I really think this on the vine bud wash works. Look how damn clean they are. And it doesn't seem to really slough off any trichomes either as long as you don't blast them to infinity.

Some Actual Activity Involving TITAN
(Lol)

The two giant colas are so damn heavy they were causing the entire plant to list to one side. It was getting to the point where something needed done. Here's what I did:

1. Installed two of these, this one and one a bit further around on the left.

2. Re-installed and raised this significant support, which is propped up against the branch holding the larger cola, to whose side the plant was listing. This keeps the upper colas in line and standing 90 degrees to the floor as I want them.

3. Those changes gave me this, which is an unretouched photo showing their actual standing angle post improvements.

4. While I was at it I took a few of the underneath fans that were starting to fade, and this is a picture of one of the leaves. This is the beginning of a perfect fade in Jon's opinion. Very even, just going green to yellow, nice and slow and evenly like this. I think this is more from age than cannibalization, as in coco this plant never stops feeding.
