So, how do you like dirt so far jon?, I think the more we let the soil do the work, at least til it's depleted, the better off our plants are. That supersoil should be really nice to work with!
 
well...I was sceptical on being able to get the same yields with soil but its looking like I can do just as good or better with it as long as I veg them long enough, I love it bro it is 100% easier than hydro for me, at this stage with plants this size I would be adjusting the res daily, now I might spend 20 min a day down there instead of a cpl hrs and I can move them! thats the best part of it lol...makes it so much easier to clean the floor or get to a middle plant ect:)

It looks like you're expending the same amount of energy even with everything else you have going! Are you usin that time release nute inside too? EDIT; I remember you saying you were feeding them every time.

2400w of led's + 2000w hps. Pro's to led's are endless bro, less hydro, less heat(they are alot cooler and they blow the heat out the sides not directly down at the plants so the fans and a/c have a much easier time dealing with it), more trychs, denser nugs ect ect im sure you've heard it all before, the only con for me is the 28 inches needed from light to canopy, I now have the led's strapped right to the ceiling with a 2x4 spacer for the fans to get air but the girls have stopped stretching now and they are all pretty much at the 28 inch mark so I got lucky there this round.Just do your homework when you buy bro, there are alot of shady led companies out there, alot more than legit ones unfortunately, when it comes to led's you really do get what you pay for:)

This is what has kept me from purchasing but I really like the link you sent me and the real straight shooter feel on there site. you can tell that they want to give an honest good product that will outperform most of the competition. Im sold but where do I find the big ones?
 
they discontinued them because they were to expensive for most growers, by the time they got here my 4 cost me just shy of 7 grand, thats almost a downpayment on a house lol.The new ones use all 5w Cree diodes so they are better than mine with 3w Helios diodes and using more smaller panels will give you better coverage than less larger panels, thats another reason they went with the smaller design.They only have the one light and are constantly sold out of them so I guess they feel they dont need different models and they are still a relatively small company so im sure down the road they will have different panels for different aplications:)
 
Some really beautiful images... I was checking the sleeve. My son told me about clear light activated ink that glows under black light. :cheesygrinsmiley: He told me he is going to have more work done. I told him f that, buy me a gun, I will practice on myself then do you for free!! (I am half serious :cheesygrinsmiley:)
