Jon705's Multi Strain HPS LED Hybrid System

Beautiful everything Jon! :circle-of-love:The blacklight ink is pretty cool I put some in my sleeves,it only shows under blacklight you can have a totally different tat behind the regular one,:icon_coolthey make it in a full rainbow of colors,I only have the invisible,but the coloreds ones do show lightly,so pm me the maker of your leds IM curious to scope out their site,:rocker:,I think after you harvest you should do the hot/cold water was before you dry & cure, it will improve your bud immensely I was sceptical till I tried it and now I wash em all! It brings out the turpenes and colors you won't believe how much dirt and crap comes off them !:yikes: I set up a bowl/bucket with very hot water round 140-150f with a blarp:;): of baking soda 1/4 cup ish in a 5 gal 1tbps for a bowl, and same amount of lemon juice or white vinegar(whatever I have) in the second I make it very cold 40-50f I submerge the buds in the hot & gently agitate for 30-45 seconds, then into the cold for twice as long, gotta be sure any cooking is stopped, this is similar to blanching green beans or whatever, be careful with the cold buds don't wanna lose Trichs!:thedoubletake: I have a paper towel bed ready to set them on,when IM done I hang and dry as normal, it does not add any extra drying time that I've noticed, and doing a side by side smoke test with washed & unwashed bud revealed a nice and very noticeable difference,more flavors & aroma,smoother draw & exhale,lip smacking flavors,and it seems more potent to me and spiffy agrees, you should try it for sure!:thumb:

Thanks BID:Namaste: ya Curso has been trying to get me to wash them for awhile now lol...I ll do it to my personal this round but honestly washing 8-10pds sounds like a time consuming affair:)

So thats what were calling them huh? I remember the first time I found em and panicked lol. Was thinking of trying to rip em off or scrape the side and then it donned on me its a good thing:)

Hey guys, not sure if this applies but I've been researching hash making machines lately so i thought id share my findings. What I've found is companies selling actual hash making machines are charging over $200! What you can do though is search for "mini portable washing machines". It's identical but only costs around $80.

Btw that was a sweet video Jon! :D

thanks bro but I think that a washing machine isnt made from the same types of materials, I think the trychs would stick to all the piping and stuff in there, those hash making machines are alot more basic, the water just pours out the bottom through the hose.If you end up giving one a try though let us know how it worked:)

You might be correct there. I'm not positive on the inner workings but here's a link for one I found. It looks identical to me on the outside at least. I won't be making any hash for awhile lol I've been researching a lot on wax, oil, shatter, and hash. Any of those you prefer and any method you use?

I found another one with no plumbing. Just a bucket that agitates the water and then you dump it from the top. This is only $60 and looks like it would work too. I know what you mean about different materials but I also know a lot of companies mark up products waaaay above cost when they specialize. Sorry not trying to jack your thread. Just figured a lot of guys would like a hash making machine but can't afford to spend $200+

that portable washing machine is similar to my one, i have a 220 Micron Zipper Washing Bag to put my trimmings into otherwise you will just have a sticky mess to clean up every time you use the machine. you will still need a set of bubble bags to filter the trichome liquid that comes out.
