Jon’s 3 Autoflower - 3 Pounds Attempt Grow

Creating Hanging Spots for Melissa and Possibly the White Widow

Five minutes. Couldn’t be easier. I have the dark room with the right environment, just nothing left to hang from. Three of these plus the entire shower curtain in the windowless guest bathroom takes care of this, and if need be I have more boxes.

I don’t think you guys need a schematic or instruction manual for this.

Same. I would put a fan blowing at opposite wall in the room. For indirect ventilation.
Appreciate it it @InTheShed and @OGpapa - Shed I’ve seen yours and OGpapa I normally would do just that. But as Shed noted, it is never getting closed. It’s simply another set of hanging poles in an otherwise perfect drying room. If I had a second shower rod to put up I would have done that. I’ve used it before. It works great.

I run Paracord inna zig zag across ceiling. Cheap holds a lot. Easy to take down and put up.

You could always just tie a string from shower rod to towel rod!
I’ll do that too if necessary! We always have more space than we think. Just think in 3 dimensions.

Watermelon WeddingCake

I mean, the White Widow is sorta frosty…it’s okay. But there’s a reason the WWC is only my second repeat ever (forgot I repeated the Sour Apple a long time ago), and first since I feel I’m beginning to get a grip on this a little.

It’s fairly frosty too….

Just to emphasize the point, here’s a short montage of one branch and bud - the lowest branch on the plant, and a side branch off a node branch at that. This should be flarf. Clearly (and by actual touching of it) it is anything but flarf. This plant has barely any.

When the worst branch on a plant is this, I’m okay with that.

Pyramid Pot Breakdown
Part 1

This is going to happen over a few days and a couple posts by necessity. I can’t release the lower pot yet. Needs to dry more. The upper one was dry, though. So here’s where we are….

Forbidden Runtz
Day 87

I am reasonably certain this girl comes down in the morning.

So….they laughed at Sombrero training. Said it wouldn’t work very well. Said the upper colas would rob all the light from the lower ones and the lower ring will be flarfy and not well developed. Said that making colas from first node branches was a waste of time and nutes. For real. Some of my non forum grower friends told me that shit. Said there’s a reason people don’t train that way.

Really?

1. The whole plant.

2. What the bud tops look like.

3. Here’s the upper ring. Huge, dense, perfect colas. One of the more attractive plants I’ve grown in terms of how the buds look.

4. Here’s the main (dominant) cola on the plant (some of her, lol). Obviously also upper ring.

5. Now let’s look at the lower ring. I’m particularly fond of this little mini row here.

6. And another lower ring bud.

7. This one is both a lower ring bud AND a first node bud. This is a SIDE BRANCH off the FIRST node which ends up higher.
(Forgive so many all caps - when people talk shit with no personal experience it gets me a bit riled up and I badly want to prove them wrong). One side branch. Incredible.

So there you go. You be the judge.
wow this plant is fantastic. Just goes to show, that a lot of times our non forum grower friends are completely full of shit and need to keep their crappy opinions to themselves. According to my one non forum friend, keeping my humidity in the 70's the first half of flower was going to result in bud rot and mold, awfully funny how he is keeping his humidity in the 70s on his current flowering cycle

Nope, you are absolutely right @Costanza. I do the same thing. Until I can’t. Lol. Thanks. Frankly I’m not all that impressed with the Forbidden Runtz. Quality yes. Quantity (especially for an XXL auto with unlimited root space) is a big no. I bet she’s barely 6 ounces. I think I’d have done better in a straight 7. Not sold on the pyramid pot at all.

That airpot is wall to wall! How dense are the roots in the cloth bag by comparison?

You're killing it here Jon!
I’m not sure yet @InTheShed. It’ll dry out enough in a day and I’ll pop it out and we will all see. But to my hand and fingers I’m guessing there’s maybe an inch or two to the edges that could be a lot denser with roots. I’m guessing it filled maybe 2/3 of the lower pot. And thanks!
