Given his space I would suggest about another 2-4 weeks depending on how well he can control Rh and temps, I just thinned the girls out this morning took a whole ton of leafs off you can see in my journal the pile but here are the girls

I was thinking 2 weeks max. Jane already has a ton of tops. If it grows 2x it's height in first few weeks of flower it will be pretty tight in there. Being my first grow, it is all a learning process. Not necessary to try to get a record yield. At my age, I don't consume much anymore, just a once or twice a week guy now. lol

Fiming dose look ugly to start yea but once the nodes have time to grow in you can remove the damaged leaves and you will have several colas from that intersect instead if just 2

Yess LST is a must if you want proper light exposure it will help you out big time and will increase yields and quality as the buds wil ripen at an even rate, my girls snapped back from their defol like nothing even happened

I would wait until the shoots are strong enough to be trained for now bend your main branch if possible to provide deeper light and start a curve, in a while your fine will look like this

Sorry... so you saying, could tie down main stem now? Or just bend by hand to start getting used to it?

Work it slowly with your hand the way you want it to go pinch and twist than tie it down when you can get it where you want it

Well I did this to one plant anyways.. The foam wire is thick... Might get something smaller. Not too confident with this yet
