The tips are cut for two reasons one it makes a bit of extra space and two it helps the leaf to intak water from the air when the plant dose not have a root system

And they look great man my girls are getting ready for their flower time I will give them 24 straight hours of darkness from Sunday at 6am until 6 Monday morning when the lights will then be on for 12/12 and they will get their first dose of transition nutes

Is that the norm? 24 hours dark before 12/12?

No nessiasrily but some studies have shown a extensive dark period before the light switch can produce tighter more resinous buds i figure I’ll try it out

I have found that 36 hours of darkness going into the flip makes the flip happen 2 days faster... and that 36 hours of darkness before the chop produces larger trichomes.

Looking great man nice and bushy give them a day or two to get used to their new home and try a light defoliation it will open them up nice and the light will penetrate deep also clean up near the base will make them easier to water without hitting leaves with nutrients

I want to defoliate then noticed in last week they are starting to rise up. will give it another week or so then give them a trimming.
 
A tip for you guys cloning don’t plant at first sign of root give them longer you want them to have almost as many root tips shooting out as possible they will air prune and fill out the max amount of space this will make healthy clones, they are not like seeds they will never have a true taproot so air pruning is sudjested for a stronger root base
