Jay's Detailed Soilless Grow

Hey all. Few updates.

Light went to 400w and up to 24". After 12hrs went to 22". Noticed a little white-ish strange marking on couple leaves and moved right back up... 24" it stays for now.

"Hindi" is the biggest seedling and got up-potted today! Was all dried out, so was a good time to do it. After up-potting received about 200ml water with 1/4 suggested nutes. Unfortunately I don't have the b52 or calmag yet :( Next feed for sure.

Up-potting went a little rough, but better than last time. I may have put her in on a bit of an angle.. Tried to fix.. Probably stressed her slightly.

The ProMix HP looks and feels like a great medium! The last I used, Organic Potting Soil was heavy, wet, didnt feel like it could breath.. This new stuff is light and fluffy!

Here is "Blue" looking solid.

And "Hindi" before and after up-pot. Has a little water mist on leaves in before pics.

Thanks for reading everyone :)

Oh PS.. My cheap pH pen seemed to be giving inconsistent readings. I'm not 100% on the reading when I fed..

Looking great man and yea in time they will be able to take a bit more light, they look happy tho for sure the up pot looks great and don’t sweat the extra nutes for the firs couple they help but you will still get good results with what you have for now, and yea pro mix is great it’s self buffering so it will adjust the PH of the water if need be to some extent it may not be perfect but they won’t get locked out very easily plus 1/4 strength won’t be enough to dramatically change your root zone PH that’s why we start there, you will start to see allot of growth from her now that she has lots of room slowly raise feedings and quantity of water over time I currently used about 2 gal for my 4 each water and feed about 2L per plant about 500 ml to a L at a time

I bit the bullet and bought Calmag on amazon. $35 for a liter. Where did you get your fabric pot?

Hey Jay let me know if you ever need to upgrade your lights I just found my 2 old 1000watt HIDs kind of a getto rig but this tool box puts out over 2000w lol
image.jpg

I can explain how to make the sockets and reflectors for under $50 too this was my cheapest but biggest yielding set up I have used to date never much got into the HIDs tho they are great but when you like to grow in small spaces they create a lot of heat

I’m In Newmarket if you know we’re that is it’s kind of in the GTA just a couple hour drive and yea bro I’d live to meet up set you up with new equipment and we can trade a nug or two lol just doing my feeding last veg feeding for these girls and she looks okay for now if it gets too much worse try backing the light off another inch

Was just going to say feed that girl she begging for it maybe go up to 1/3 strength that’s what the yellowing is she used up all her available nutes and now is sucking it out of lower leaves she will recover and be just fine start upping the feeds

With the 400 turned up they are using allot more water and nutes now than the ever have and will continue to increase in appetite what you are seeing is the first stages of a Macro nutrient deffiency most likely culprits is Nitrogen up your base for now until you get the cal mag and B52 than you can supplement with those
