There are definitely some (probably many) varieties that will start flowering dropping them from 18 to 14 so I'd say do the supplemental lighting after you put them out. Then you can either leave them at 18/6 until the 21st or start to lessen the extra light over time starting a few weeks earlier.So if I’m running 18/6 indoors currently is it okay to back it off to 14 hours now? Or would it be better just keeping it the way it is and do supp lighting once I put them outside. I’ve also heard of the gas latern method to interrupt the dark period for an hour or two in the middle of the night. But seems weird to me since naturally they will never get light at midnight
