Nice. Sorry about the rainy day... suns out guns out 85° here. Time to do my bro tank and b ball shorts. Sad part is I'll probably still be at risk for heat stroke.... its felt like California the whole time so far!:cool:

Interesting that the outer ones stacked more! I'm wondering if a bit higher humidity causes the plant to grow different as a way to prevent from mold and stuff? So maybe the outer colas get a touch more airflow? ... well idk cause all my biggest ones were on the edges too. I think maybe even with the perfectly flat canopy the ends still end up the biggest. I guess it makes sense, those would be the apical tops if not trained... yeah that sounds better than my humidity guess lol.

Is there an original or apical top on a monstercrop? I'd have to go back through 8 months of pics to see if I can trace the main stem from the clone :). I doubt it would have ended up on the outside though.

I read an article once - can’t renen where sorry, that talked about the lower branches having the capacity to produce larger colas. So I’d be interested Shed if those on the outside are coming off the lower parts of the stem...? It was true for my CBDCC - the colas off the very bottom branches were as big as the apical cola (it wasn’t topped at all). Curious to see if maybe that’s a thing...

Very quick Sunday evening update...my dog killed another squirrel today and one on Friday. These are obviously squirrels that need to be culled from the gene pool as they were both hanging out around the bottom of trees that they should have been smart enough to climb when they saw her coming :eek:. If she didn't get them a coyote would have. Something is going to eat the carcasses anyway. Not sure where she gets this from (besides being a dog!) as a chow/golden mix.

My dad has elevated his self-defense behavior, now fighting with staff over diaper changing and toilet assistance as well as showering. He's hitting more of the caregivers and I'm getting the feeling that he is more than they want to or can handle, and they're prepping to tell me he has to go somewhere with more staff or something. It's been eating at me all weekend. I don't know how to help him. The canna capsules didn't seem to do it so I'm thinking of trying Marinol (big pharma's THC pills). The dose is standardized and I don't have to keep trying to hit a moving target of blends under this kind of time pressure. Does anyone here know anyone on Marinol?

I watered it this morning. Into ½ gallon went:
½ tsp Armor Si
1.5 ml cal/mag+
¼ tsp Open Sesame (didn't halve that)
1 tsp Tiger Bloom
10 ml Terpinator (didn't halve that either)

I mixed the leftover half gallon from last time with half a gallon of plain water and blended everything together for a total of 1.5 gallons. Runoff is back to +700, appx. 24 ounces.

Sounds like he needs a really heavy body buzz calming strain like blueberry but with something to ease him down. Heavy like a hash plant can do . Hmmm

The outer ones are definitely the lower branches. This is the last side shot I have (4/22) but you can see what I mean:

Still not done! They have it as a 7-9 week strain but I want bigger buds damn it so I'll see how long I can let it go. CBN is not what I'm looking for on this one though so I can't push it too long.

Thanks - I have some recipes (2) already and am at the point of being able to experiment with developing my own and decided yours must be part of my reference material. So that sounds perfect :thanks:

Yeah, now it's just something I do. No clue if the Gold Leaf is even any good. Can't find a quality smoke report.
 
Just for the record, I fed Gold Leaf and Sour G this afternoon. Sour G got a gallon of
3 ml cal/mag+
2 tsp Grow Big.

Because of the serious defol on Gold Leaf, it got a gallon of half those nutes.

I still haven't had to water the AK-47 clone since the up pot, it might be due tomorrow.

Roots are growing but the plant is still really odd, especially considering this is supposed to be a 6' sativa!

Bright enough today so that I didn't have to shift the Mars again. I'm hoping the week stays sunny for me and you!

maybe its gonna give armthick colas ... ;) you know .... i wonder what you could do with a DP Blue AutoMazar ;) to me thats still the best homegrown or other ive smoked ;)
 
I'll take any size colas. After all, Critical Mass calls this "70 Days or Less from Seed" ;).
