Yesterday I zoomed in on the Pheno #3 to check trichomes, today I have Pheno #1 under the magnifying glass. This pheno is also showing the bright oily looking spots on the leaves, I managed to capture a little bug (almost microscopic), you can see how the glandular head on the trichomes shines as it absorbs light (light reflexion). Anyone with a vague idea of what these bright oily spots could be?? take a guess I have no clue, the fact is its all over the plant top to bottom. Don't know if its a reaction to the UVB or it normal... To date I haven't found any information on this.
Pheno #1 (trichomes)
Observations: The size of the trichomes on the pistils are considerably smaller than those on the calyx and the leaf. Thats why it could be beneficial to not trim all the way, you know leave some leaf as you can see all kinds of trichomes develop on the calyx, leaves, stems even the stalk.
