to be honest i think they look great! i chopped my bb gums today they are done and dying so i said good night irene!! they were vegged to long for a 2l hempy and were very ca deficient and nothing i did helped but they had a few ambers good enough for me got almost 12z wet weight, i dig your scrog im thinking real hard on one still

im building my scrog box today i think a cube that can be moved with the plant/plants still inside i have some hog type wire and a wood cube frame i originally built for clones and or moms but never really used ,wish me luck on the build

Hey thanks everyone for the kind words, encouragement and support with my sick ladies... they look like there making a decent recovery, the humidity has finally been coming down to normal here in OC so the PM has been holding back and I haven't seen any new stuff form. I still am waiting on my check, once it comes I'm definitely going to get some seranade and see what happens....

Good news today...;

Xnutrients is giving away free cloning gel samples... I received mine within a few days of filling out the form... I think its still available..

wont be cloning anytime soon, but free products are always cool...can't wait to get my SNS and a few other freebees i ordered..

just check there website... i seriously filled it out like monday, and within a week the clone gel was here...probably enough to do at least a good 20-30 cuts...maybe more.. and it was free!!!

I wrote a email to most of the major nutrient companies requesting samples... I have heard back from a few saying they don't send samples...but still about 75% haven't replied, so I might just start receiving nutrients as surprises showing up on my doorstep I figured the worst they could say is no... lol...

For sure... I know SNS sends samples for sure... also I believe I have some great white and orca coming to me for free... I went to google and typed in "free plant nutrients" or " free plant nutrient samples" and had to do a lil digging around, but found some offers.

Hey Everyone, Today is day 55 of flowering and things are looking ok for the moment....

I fed the girls today

5 gallons of r/o water with:
40ml of organic B 0-0-1
40 ml of 1-1-1 bioroot
40ml of 2-4-0 hydrolized fish
50ml of general organics cal/mag
25ml of carboload
40ml of humic acid

So far the girls are still just looking OK, The PM is definitely inside the buds of the platinum bubba's, and the sour bubble, so they are definitely going to have to be washed using Jorge Cerventez's technique of using water/H2O2 to soak and wash the buds, and then a rinsing of water before hang drying. It is supposed to wash off the pm, so we will see how it works... I finally got my check that I have been waiting for, so hopefully I can get some serenade or greencure to help keep it away from now till harvest...

The blackberry kush is just starting to purple, the leaves are getting more of a lime green look with purple edges and the veins are starting to turn slightly purple as well. I did a trichome check and still mostly clear... so I am guessing she might go the full 70 days, possibly a little longer...This one smells amazing...hands down one of the best smelling ones I've grown so far...definitely a fruity/purple smell to her..very very strong.

The silverback og is still getting thicker and growing more and more, she still is showing a lot of trichome formation and isn't as frosty as I would have imagined for being an OG, but we will see because she has another month to go

The holy grail og is also hanging in there, getting fatter and more frosty, however I still do see PM on just some of the buds, not all of them, so I am not sure how she will turn out...

Overall I am happy that the PM has not gotten too bad, and hopefully the washing method works, I will check the buds after they dry with my 30x lupe to see if it really worked, and if not, i guess i can make some BHO or hash?? only time will tell

really dont look to bad ,im sure all the mexibrick we've had over the years was full of pm those blocks smelled like a bad cure in a basement i doubt the cartels worried about clearing the pm before selling it lol no worries at least your trying,,and jorges method works i used it last year i made edibles that worked fine, nice thing is few things actually hurt the trichs if you can save them your golden, i hear the dry ice method for keif works on wet trim and buds,, so i built a scrog!! pics in my journal, i dont know why i didnt do it sooner its got to be the best height control in a tent! im thinking about putting one in veg and flowering both tents so i can be ready for my cold weather purples and blues!!

Yeah I'm hopeful that the washing works, I don't see why it wouldn't.. and your totally right, growing up in Chicago I am sure I have smoked my share of PM with all the brick dirt weed and the musty smelling BC's that we had as I was growing up.. I did notice that after moving to Cali, I stopped getting my annual strep throat...wonder if it had to do with better bud quality?? just a thought I had once

That kicks ass that you made a screen... I love Scrogging and for a small space or for limited height, it really can maximize the total yield of a plant...until I move into a place with a bigger grow area, or get a 2nd tent for veg and perpetual grow, I will definitely continue to LST and scrog.. definitely the way to grow for smaller scale farmers like us

Thanks Deege!!! Yeah the tent definitely is getting stronger smelling by the day...but still not too noticable with the dual carbon filters and my make shift smell box ( A rubbermaid for the air outputs, fit with a carbon filter, and stuffed with drier sheets)

So far..

Blackberry kush- the most fragrant by far of the grow, mostly because it is completely frosted out and hasn't had any pm issues. She smells like a very fruity and aromatic grape/fruit punch smell..just amazing

Silverback og- this one definitely is getting stronger smelling by the day as well, she smells of a strong og with that very distinct OG smell... like a pinesol/lemon/fuel/menthol smell

Holy Grail Og- had this one before and definitely has the OG smell behind it like a skunky fuel with a hint of lemon, but also has a bit of what smells like a master kush and a slight bubba smell..

Platinum bubba... its really hard to describe bubba's aroma for me.. I would say its like a sweet, almost candy like smell to it, but I cant really relate it to anything specific.. just a very nice sweet candylike smell mixed with like a hint of kiwi or lime and that kushy menthol..?

The sour bubble smells completely different than anything I have smelled before... It smells just like when you unwrap a philly blunt cigar or a swisher... like a tobacco sweet cigar smell.. I am really curious how this one will taste...

Your right about the brickweed! A lot of cartel weed is dried in the sun and bricked, the good stuff is dried in the shade and then bricked? Just how they tell it's time to brick it who knows? I haven't bought any cartel weed in several years, screw em! I'm sure a little PM won't hurt you but budrot is forever.
