I really dig modular builds too After I'm done with these test grows I most likely will be combining the GOD and COB panels into 1, with 2 modules on each panel of each light type I think that would be awesome

Hey everyone!!

Update time!


The Flowering Tent: Day 24 (from flip) under the Budmaster GOD series

So the flowering tent is looking really really good this run and I honestly can't believe how frosty the girls are getting already. They have all been slowly fattening up and gaining more and filling in slowly the space between the nodes and things right now are going great. Today I gave the girls a watering using 5 gallons of r/o water with : humboldt equillibrium, potassium silicate, earth juice grow, humboldt bloom and some biovam.

Other than that not much else to report on today. The humidity for the last 3-4 days has been under 10% so I'm sure that its slowing the girls development slightly, and will be adding some wet towels to the tent to help raise the RH inside.

The Veg tent: under Budmaster COB series:

The Veg tent is moving along fine now as I gave all the girls a slight flushing with some plain r/o water and epsom salts added to help wash out any issues in the soil. Most of the plants were showing some kind of deficiency, looks sort of like K, Mg or Ca but not quite sure so have been upping the amounts of each and wasn't seeing much progress. I let them plants soil dry out fully and drenched them with water with epsom salts as my understanding of this is that the Mg helps knock loose other ions from the soil. (I think thats what I read). lol

So after giving them a nice flushing the other day, things are looking really good as most of the plants are showing nice healthy growth, with the exception of the black cherry soda's which are both still just in limbo at the time. I'm sure they will pick up and they always were one of my more finicky plants.

Other than that my pheno #6 finally rooted (purple tangie pheno) and so I place it in the tent along with my Ogiesel which also finally rooted. Gave them some plain water and a spray of some b-vitamins and they seem to be happy in their new soil

Just checking in Ice, the plants are looking good. When I super crop with really vigorous strains, I hang various sized fishing weights on the limbs to keep them from trying to return to an upright position. To make them easy to hang, I tie the weight onto a fishing hook, then just hang them where I need them. The hook makes it easy to move the weights around without having to tie and untie strings.

I would be the one that hooks himself each time I reach into the plants. lol

Super glad you were able to figure out your deficiencies. I've never been very good at that. That's why I went organic. I don't even use my PH meter anymore. Also, when I did used to half to ph, my tap water was allwats changing. From 6.1 all the way to 8 at times. It was a moving target so ph'ing every feeding was necessary. I can attest to the importance of proper PH when using bottled nutes. It will cause all sorts of issues.

I probably would do the same... Ive almost lost an eye a few times on my bamboo poles, and when I used to hang yellow sticky cards high up in the tent I've caught them a few times with my hair and face...LOL

For 170W each, I am very impressed with how they are doing. I do wish I had 3 of them instead of just 2 for the grow as since my plants are so tall, the plants in the middle (in between the lights) are not getting as intense of light as the way the beam angles are, but still very impressed with how well they are doing so far I definitely feel that they are performing well and I'm excited to see how the buds and plants come along

I am quite happy with them at the moment, good penetration given the low wattage, and the spectrum really seems to be perfect as my plants are happy, very frosty already and the buds seem to be getting larger by the day

I use GEM liquid fish all the time without issues. Never tried earth juice. I blame it on that lol. But yeah, over watering will definitely cause probs. Glad you got it sorted out my friend. I'll tell you what Organic Living Soil has really destroyed my actual growing skills lol.

Here in Oregon, the more it rains the higher the PH. Last night I mixed big bloom 2/3 CUP per 4 gal, 3 TSP pro teht. 4 TSP Kelp. PH was 9.5. Tap 8.2, ouch. Lots of PH down got it to 6.4. It's a crap shoot each feeding.
