I Ain't Afraid Of No Ghost - Seedsman's Purple Ghost Candy Comparative Grow SIP/SCROG

Yeah I’m going to wait until they are about 70% cloudy and 30% amber with no new pistols and all pistols red/brown and curled back into the flower.

Then they will get chopped, trimmed, washed and hung dry at as low of a temp I can muster and 60% RH for 7 - 10 days until the wood moister meter says, I think it’s 13%, but I need to read up on that. Then they get a final trimming and into grove bags for the cure for 30 days minimum before I start smoking.

I store my weed in the grove bags as well, I’m a huge fan of those things!
Hell yeah they make curing so simple. ☺️

Day 138 - Vegged for 56 - Day 33 of flower:

Damn the smell is getting intense! As I’ve mentioned I’m venting them out the front window, I was in the back yard just getting nose full after nose full of stinky stanky weed!!

Not much else to say for today’s update. They are just kind of on auto pilot and chugging along :)

All of sudden I'm back in the dorm sophomore year of college! :)
Black lights on, funky velour black light posters on the wall, gonesh stick #9 incense burning, some shitty 6’ long plastic bong and some good ole lynard skynard on the turntable huh!

You forgot the brick weed.

When I lived in Puerto Rico. We used to buy brick weed in a small wooden match box for $10. I was told it was from Jamaica. But who knows.

I grew up in Vegas…. Al we had was shit brick weed that was smuggled out of Mexico. It wasn’t until I moved to Colorado in the late 90’s that I actually smoked anything good. And then it was AMAZING stuff. Some good ole Jack Herrer and White Widow were the flavors of the moment back then and they were awesome!

Just googled that was released in 1977, I was 5 years old and all of a sudden I’m back trying to ride my bike with trainer wheels lol.

Day 139 - Vegged for 56 - Day 34 of flower:

Well I had to add the second net in today! Was starting to get a gangster lean going on with a few of the colas!

I also “had” to remove a couple that would just flop out the door when I opened the tent but were not tall enough for the second net…

Starting to get some pistols changing colors and man are these things STICKY!!!

Here is todays photo dump:

This is a focus stack of what was chopped. Breeze through the room caused some movement so it came out a tad funky lol

Nice bud. 🍋
I’ve hung them in a box to dry and will give them a test possibly this weekend. They are very sticky and still a bit airy, but they are young and I don’t expect much from this sample :)

Man they look sticky! I wish I had smellavision. Even if they smell like puppy breath. Lol
It’s the oddest thing!! The smell from touching them does not smell like puppy breath. It’s just when I open the tent. They have a sweet, lemony, skunky smell at the moment after touching them.

That sounds better than puppy breath. My puppy is 20 years old and her breath could knock a buzzard off a shit wagon.

She is a rescue puppy. We got her over 2 years ago when she was 18.

I mean like puppy breath as in puppy puppy before 3 months old. There is a distinct smell.

Dog breath is a whole ‘nother thing! And especially old dog breath!
