Your welcome Smokey.
Congrats on the oil C. Sprite. That's a great yield too.
I'm making some sleepy oil tonight out of 3oz of Vanilla Kush. I was going to reflux (hot wash), but chickened out. I don't have enough to experiment. I'm thinking of trying to build the reclaim still with the tall column that Skunk Pharm designed. Pipe dream probably.
Motoco (or anyone), are you familiar with Bad Kat? She's spoke with Rick at the World Cannabis Summit.
Got my daytime oil made today...got a little over 7ml for 2 oz. Turned out pretty good for a newbie. My plan is to start dosing tonight. I hope I get better sleep than I'm used to. Wish me luck with the tacking. I think I'm going to need it!
I referenced her because of her recent work with the Phoenix Tears folks. Apparently, she's "well known", but I've only heard of her edibles on another site.
I wondered if you'd heard of what the deal is with her.
You know I don't doubt your oil, methods, etc. bro. I'm living proof of it all.
Personally, I want to start reclaiming more Everclear. I can get it cheap, but it's still a lil pricey. I hour that stuff as much as possible.
Love you too brother. Tell Mo hi from us.
Bought the Cuisineart Fondue maker this am.

Hi Folks,
Vacation time for some R&R, need to get re-motivated if I can.
Peace
Your the second person I heard (I think) that does this in the freezer. Scratch that, I think it was Hiker and he just did it outside in some cold weather

yep, that was me. It was ~10F when I made my last batch. It'll still be good oil making weather here for another month or so!
to recover the ethanol? I don't think you need that level of equipment for this solvent. I got one of the home distillers. It's made for water, but it does the alcohol fine. With some practice, I think you can recover 80% or maybe 90%! I got 70-75% back and I spilled some
