High Stress & Other Training With Defoliation: Starting Indoor, Finishing Outdoor, First Time To Buy Seed, Somewhat A Newbie Cannabis Grower

@EastCoastGhost

I thought about doing the lime for a buffer then go from there. I think it was me and going to see if it kicks in once I water again. I got a ph pen and going to start watering with a 6.0 first and adjust from there will be adding more peat moss to transplant. Working right now will reply to everyone later

I’m finally back and done working for the day lol, btw it’s 11:52 and have to be back up going at 7. The pics below are what my dad and I build, we have a smaller company and its only us two but we will bring in a occasional guy or two to help if needed. I wish dad would finally agree with me and just hire a crew lol. I’ll get to the girls next. Our last two jobs and currently finishing the last one, we also do a lot of custom add on as well. First is a 40x70 building and the second is a 50x20 Rv add on

Now to the girls, well with everything going on still haven’t got my girls transplanted yet. Hopefully this weekend better yet they will be going outside. But idk we have a forecast of 3 days of rain coming up Wednesday threw Friday. I was thinking about just making lids so they don’t get overwhelmed with water. If they do make it outside I do have plenty of wind breakers and take my chances bc if I don’t put them out soon, I feel like I’ll never get them outside.

The girls are stretching and growing, I might do a video on some of them to show growth that picture just can’t show. Clones are going crazy, as you can see I have a few with problems.

My northern light plant that had problems was removed today. I wanted to see what’s been developing underneath my girls anyways, so why not check with the dying. Her roots look good large tap root the size of 1/8 inch / 3 mm stretching down to the bottom, with a nice span of roots hitting the edges of the bag that they are in. I did notice some root rot, it was hard to tell how much when slowly pealing the soil off bc they just fall with the soil. So I want to say she got a disease from the fungus gnats, can’t be too sure but that’s my guess.

Total 40 seeds arrived at doorstep at $250, 5 mazari didn’t pop and I damaged a ogk tap root and now this nth, I’m looking at a @ $44 loss so far, I haven’t touch my 3 free auto seed and don’t know if I’ll even touch them this year. But I do have 50+ clones to make up for the losses.

It’s 1 o’clock done eating and about to get in bed. Ok enough ranting here are the pics, didn’t move lights but you can see majority.

Totes 1-4 in order

On to the next phase of life, took them outside going to get a few hours this evening. They are in a spot where they won’t get the morning sun and I’ll roate them to the other side of the building after they get 4 or so hours of direct light. Will monitor them very close this next week to ensure no flipping. Bc the last grow I had some took forever to switch back. Will be giving them a good watering tonight, as they are light and almost completely dry. Here’s two pics from both sides.

So I didn’t like the tall grass, so I prepped a spot for them. Also wanted to have a set up that I could shade them manually whenever I wanted and also to disrupt their first few nights until I transplant and move them to full sun.

I also the enzymes and vitamins to their water

So I’ve been feeling like a pimp lately. I got all the girls around me different sizes, shapes and breeds. I stress them out, strip them down to nothing, tear them out if I don’t like them and I have all their babies. I feed / water them and even take care of them like they are my own. I just can’t get them to make me money right now...

I’m thinking about selling their babies but not to many around here are into raising them. Or I can let some bloom now and then sell them as a teaser / tasters until till their mothers are all trained to their fullest potential.

Any recommendations or comments better pics will come once transplanted, hopefully tomorrow.

Note:

Had some clouds today and they didn’t get any shaded manually. They handled the sun well and will be getting a small thunder storm tonight.

The girls are all working on their 3rd and 4th shoots. Will be cleaning up smaller growth on bottom of the bigger plants and will be tying them down to their beds. Smaller one will be left alone to stretch somemore. Bushes in the making.

Hope your enjoying as much as me.

That's quite the "herd" you've got there...how many,exactly?
I counted 57 in just that one pic- That's an impressive project you've got going:thumb:

@EastCoastGhost

3 or 5 gallon pots, What type of light would you like to see. I don’t have climate control and in summer can get really hot in my storage build. But I will try to figure something out to help with that. Anything else you would like to see let me know. Also how long do you want me to continue to veg for.

I will try my best but time is limited and I haven’t even got the transplant done on the bigger plants. It’s 9:20pm and I’m thinking about getting out in the dark and just getting them done.

I’ll do a set,1 of each of the 6 main strains indoors and a set outdoors. Transplant in 3 gallon let them veg for a couple weeks or so to let them get some height. I will have to make up my mind up about what type of lights to use and something to get some temp control. Do you think I need co2 or just do without this year? Ugh this is a kink in my system but I’m sure I can get it done. A lot to think about and to do. As much suggestions or advice would be really appreciated from everyone.
