@CrazyChef

Totally, I have some in there that was way to short to clone and they are still surviving. I basically shoved em in the pellets and some of the leaves went into the pellets. Anything you cut can be cloned just as long as you have some length. Just dont over water them and don’t be frightened if you feel like you underwatered bc that’s where the magic happens. Spray bottle moisturizer them, humidity is another key but decrease as you go. Just watch the leaves like any other plant, she’ll tell you what she needs. I have more pics of the clones earlier in the journal if you want to look at them. I even pinched with my fingers (not recommended) put the stem in some water for 5-10 sec then into my rooting power and straight into a wet medium pellet (not dripping wet). Foliage food can help but I didn’t use any.

@CrazyChef

I also cut 30-50% of the leave tips off. It just help with sending a message downwards saying I need water grow roots. Bc the leaves absorb water as well and if you just spray the leaves, it could send mixed signals say I got water here instead. It sounds stupid but it’s a trusted method.

I wish you the best of luck, mate

Ps: sorry for the rant just explaining myself, if you don’t want to read then please skip to bottom paragraph it is the most important, thanks.

I wish I could post pics everyday, bc today it seems like they have took off even more inside I can’t wait to see what they are going to do outside. I feel like I have been under watering now. but Ive been watching the girls signs from top to bottom and I have been putting a lot of stress on them. My thinking in life is that you are stressed younger you’ll have a higher tolerance when you get older. Is that a exceptable way to think? Idk but life seems similar from human to plants but roles are different bc our girls only have one goal to reach.

I will post one pic and you can see why I have been training the way I have. Lights are maxed in height and space is valuable, so I rather have nodes and shoots than just foliage. Some to me are already ready to top again. And I’ll have to show you the node stacking on the second and third sets of shoots (once I return to the grow), clearly they are amazing to me and I feel like a kid in a candy shop lol.

I’m by no chance an experienced grower or can say I know very much, just the basics. I just weigh my opinions, not overthinking them and set a plan of actions. If I get stumped I read and try to asks questions or get feedback. I’m sorry if I might sound arrogant or give the impression that I don’t want help / know everything. My few friends I know that user to grow don’t understand this either when I ask when I don’t always do exactly as they say and my reasoning to that is I weigh their opinion with my knowledge and go from there. The ones that do know won’t tell me anything bc I’m competition to them in my area (My state touches Mexico and the gulf). Sometimes little points of what you would do helps me remember what I learnt or what I should be thinking about. I know growing cannabis is pretty easy but getting the best results requires fine tuning all the little details.

I don’t have a grow shop very locally by me, the closet one is a good ways away and My time is limited between work, children and chores around the house. I do have local nurses I can find things at and the bigger stores don’t always have the stuff you really want, so I do what I can without trying to go crazy.

So as I say that, I would like to know what your soil structure is, like additives, soil treatments etc. same goes for future watering and nutes, with your scheduling. As I hope you don’t consider me competition, just a friend that shares the same passion. And if you don’t want people to judge your methods but it works for you please message me somehow or find a way to tell me in your own comfort. Would you also state if your indoors or a outdoor grower as well. Thanks, very much appreciated.

April 21 - sorry should of turned the other two lights of for flash to be visible.

Well there are storms coming in so I held off on transplanting which gave me some extra time to have my soil ferment a bit longer. My ph has been starting to try to rise back to 7, damn soil buffers and had some fungus nats starting to appear. So I got some peat moss, sulfur and sand for soil additives, with some soap and hydrogen peroxide added to the water mix.

No signs of the nats hanging around anymore, I do have a northern light mainline plant looking sick and showing signs of severe root damage. Hoping she’ll turn around fast and that they didn’t attack any other root system to bad. Went ahead and treated my clone so the nats didn’t try to jump to to them.

Also moved my plants around to adjust for the overcrowding problem, I did go ahead and top and defolted a small amount, since I’ll have time for them to recover till the storms pass. Then looking at a week or so with good weather afterwards. I’m ready for the plants to go outside. I’m in the process of making some organic pest foliage sprays and getting some bug food for the good bugs to help fight off the potential bad bugs that may come along. Already kinda wish I had a greenhouse to put my baby’s in, next year will be a different story.

Plants are adjusted with the outside light schedule to hopefully avoid any flowering flip.

So I added dry sulfur and peat moss to the soil and watering with a 6.0 ph and my soil ph is still rising. What am I doing wrong? This is confusing me hard core. I know I’m past time to transplant bc the girls already need water after 18 hr ago, they are getting 30 oz and I have about a 10% run off, just waiting on the weather to clear. What else can I try to get the ph down. Do I just keep watering and see if the dry sulfur and peat moss finally kicks in? Or am I overthinking this? Or do I need to start water twice as lower than I want my ph to drop, So if it’s a 7.3 I water with a 5.7? Someone please answer.

Alright folks, it rained all day today and had all other operations shut down. I looked around my area and couldn’t find a few things. So with the free time, I got on the road and drove 2hrs to the closest grow shop. So I picked up a few things

Great white - enzymes
B-52 - vitamins, kelp and some npk
Earth juice ph up and down - organic

I also picked up some additional things that will be needed soon or later on.

Hemp string
Bambi sticks
Scrogs
And a few other what nots

I’m not a soil grower myself, I’m mostly a hydroponic grower but I was just wondering if your soil has any ph buffer in it. The few soil grows that I have done I used to mix dolomite lime at 2Tbsp per gallon of soil. It worked really well seemed like, I never had any problems and I’ve also heard lots of guys add it to their soil. I wish I could add more but that’s all I got lol, oh and your plants and clones are looking good, great job with them✌️

I hope you don’t consider me competition
There's no competition here-we all just want to do our best,and the satisfaction of growing our own
"good stuff" is it's own reward.
Your "good stuff" is looking great! I'm retired,but I still don't think I'd have the time for a huge operation like you've got going on...
This is already interesting,but when you move outside it's going to get even better!
Keep up the good work:bravo:

One good thing about it everything your planting outside will be female so you could harvest a lot of bud this season. I wish you the best and I would love to see you get off with a huge harvest of top shelf bud. 420 mag is great, everyone wants to see you do good and and grow the best bud possible. I’ve been a lurker for over three years and a member for 2years and I’ve made some good friends on here.✌️
