I need to get me some osmo+
Is that 100% perlite?
My haze is about a week or so behind the others and im holding off on flower just to let it catch up a little more.
Yeah, it stretched like hell last time i grew it. Problem is so does this version of gsc so I'm trying to balance trimming the gsc back and letting the haze catch up. That haze is something else man, and i really want to get a good bit it of it. I may end up sticking it in a tent by itself with a mars 300 to let it veg a little more and then throw it back in the closet to flower with the others. The haze-type strains that I grew back in the day ("It was a Wednesday..." ) would have flowered - and stretched - long enough to have caught up with a lot of more indica-leaning hybrids well before harvest time.
Plugging up from what? I grabbed some chunkier perlite for the bottoms. I was hoping to stick some hose in the hole as I water at minimum to collect the majority of the run off.. A more permanent solution would be ideal.Ya know... You'd sure think a drain hose on a hempy bucket would be a good thing... but Tead bets you pull it out early on because of plugging issues.
Been there... tried pretty hard to make it work. When you get to the point of trying to put a screen in the setup, you may find it not worth the grief.
Don't beat your head on it too hard.
I tried the pump but it always clogged. Now I use a shopvac.Runoff is always a messy affair.
I have always thought that using a large drainage tray with a little submersible pump to be run after feeding would work okay.
Here are a couple of my babies. Just because
I’m so lazy I don’t even take them out of the tents, I have my tents lined with plastic trays and water them in place and (sometimes) vacuum up the runoff.Yeah, I just water over a bucket until it mostly stops dripping, the throw them back in the tent and soak up the remains with an old towel every couple days. My low humidity allows for a bit of laziness

I tried a little nipple
I have to bring in and out all my water in 5 gal buckets so for my backs sakes I try to not have a lot of runoff.
