Hempy Headquarters

Seems a good time for a quick OsmoHempy tutorial... in photo format mostly.

Putting the pot together.
I do a small layer on the bottom below the hole. There's an old screw sticking thru the hole for reference.

The next layer I do is just at or just above hole level

Then I just layer it up. Not all layers pictured for boredom purposes. I try to keep it lighter in the top 1/4 or the pot.

This was my last layer in this pot

Filled to about 1" below the brim.

Watered and hole dug.

Clone removed from cloning pot. I usually see better roots after 2 weeks, but the weather's been wacky.

Weekly update time again. Ive got some GSC clones doing big things in some mini hempies that i dont have room for. I kept the 2 best but dunno what to do with the other three. Wish i had someone to give em to, cuz this plant looks awesome, smells awesome and is super easy to grow. Maybe I'll throw em in the tent and let em flower...
Anyway heres my GSC in the second week of 12/12

now im off to take update pics of my hempire lol ill be back shortly

Thats what i use as a base. All three from start to finish. 1/2 strength is plenty for most things I've grown. 3/4 strength almost always gives me some tip burn. The pH perfect with this is pretty good too. I don't ever ph in hempy.
I'll add that i use a calmag supplement with this line too. Not ANs its too high in N for me. Instead i use GOs CaMg+ at a higher dosage than the directions call for.

K i have cal-mag plus from Botanicare plant energy products it has calcium, magnesium, an iron in it u think that shud be safe to use with it as well as pro-tekt which has silica in it to help build some thicker stems to hold sturdier buds would those 2 xtra items affect the ability to adjust the ph on its own?? Or do u think i will be safe adding in those to the mix??

Only reason i chose GO CaMg is its 1-0-0... The lowest N CaMg i could find but botanicaire makes good products. Tge silica should be good too. I use ANs silica. I like the results I've had. I also use Big Bud, Overdrive and Flawless Finish because i got em for a steal. Really tho, you can grow great plants with just the trio, camg and silica.

Ok so with an ph perfect i notice it says for seeds n cuttings use 1ml per liter now does that mean as soon as i put them into the perlite i can start using this stuff just use very little or do they do better if u wait till they get established alil more??

I would maybe just use the micro. And I just switched to the trio in flower....

Wait are the cuttings rooted???

I will say this I only used 1.25 ml per liter for my max veg strengths. Technically 5 ml per gallon of each for a combined 15 ml....

I would say 3 or 4 ml per gallon for s newly rooted cutting...

Your sponsored grow?

Ok so if i understand u mean u didn't mix all three 2gether till u flipped to flower and as for my clones i put my cuttings into a cloner bucket and they make a bunch of roots an then I put that into the perlite so idk if that means it's rooted or not but yes they do have roots lol

Yes you are supposed to use all 3. The entire grow veg and bloom

I start freshly rooted cuttings out at .5mls/l of eachfor like 2 weeks then move to 1ml/l of each... Highest I've gone is 2.5mls/l in week 4 of veg. Anymore and i start to get some burning on the tips.

yea thats about what i did as well for my fresh clones about a week in the perlite and then my seedlings also about a week old since they popped above the perlite.
So far this round of hempys will be a test run of my older girls which are done with remo nutes that i ph to 5.5 and my new clones and seedlings that im doing with the ph perfect nutes.

Entering week three of 12/12 and she is streeeeetching. I love this Perfect Sun light (thanks ledrf...much love and many thanks for a great, affordable light.) The flowers are forming so far down the stems and the nodes are stacking very tightly.

I did a little undercarriage clean-up and repositioned the tie downs to let some more light down into bottom.
I'm amazed at how easy hempy is. I love dwc and i was sure that would be my go-to but this grow may have changed my opinion a bit... For now.
Happy growing everyone!

I'm starting to use hempy grows and a yardstick of human beings.
Those who are attracted to hempy might be lazy humans. I sure know I am.
Yup, perl+water+osmo+seed = plant. Tead likes him sum easy math!

I also love easy math. I'm going to have to give that osmo+ a bit more research, but that simple math is quite appealing. I've got a friend who I want to gift a tent and a plant to, but he is quite ill and thinks it's too much work for himself. I think he is 100% capable of watering a rooted hempy osmo+ clone for 10 weeks or so.
