FTFYOr instead of pliers, I could just sit on it!
Haha, I saw the tutorial link on your thread! I wondered if I might have had a hand in the inspiration there? Well, I already did it and tied them down. Pics coming as soon as they turn their lil heads up!Nice clean up and healthy happy babies.
Supercrop? Grab the needle nose and a wash cloth for cushioning and have at it!
That was exactly the case with these, they were so woody! I didn’t use anything to cushion the pliers, hopefully that doesn’t come back to bite me. But they seemed fine to my eye in the moment. Ahhh, nice and flattish canopy. For what it's worth. This year for supercropping I got fed up with doing it by fingers as sometimes a stem is too woody, and I did just as Shed is suggesting using pliers. I put a bit of electrical tape around the jaws of some needle nosed pliers and used them to supercrop, it works fine, I used it to keep my outdoor girls to their 2 foot tall limit.
It does happen. I once caught a pigeon alighting it's fat feathered butt on one of my supercropped canopies!Or instead of pliers, you could just sit on it!
It obviously noticed that it was starting to bounce back up. Pigeons are helpful like that.It does happen. I once caught a pigeon alighting it's fat feathered butt on one of my supercropped canopies!
Hmmm... up till now I was seeing the pigeon as one of the bad guys, but you're suggesting that they actually function as canopy adjusters, flying around the neighbourhood looking for less than flat canopies to adjust for their human friends. That sounds great Shed and I now want to vape some of what you are using! It obviously noticed that it was starting to bounce back up. Pigeons are helpful like that.
Still waiting on the tutorial on this training technique, GDB.Or instead of pliers, you could just sit on it!
I had to Google that one Shed!POIDH...
And when it comes to doobies I appreciate a good fattie! When it comes to canopies, I appreciate a good flattie.
I'm glad all is well now HH, the plants are looking lush!Hey all! I’ve been around a little less than usual lately, just having a rough bump, but all is well.
Just after my last update, I decided that it was flip day. I was waiting for them to respond to the new nutes to flip. It was hard for me to know what was old damage or if they were doing better. But once some new growth had a chance to start coming in, I could see the difference and so it was time!
So we are 6 days into blooming now.
She's been a weirdo from the off pretty much.Beautiful canopy in there, HH!
It's a bit odd, what that CPK is doing... @VetSmoke85 has a similar situation with his
Orange Sherbert plant here ...it was doing just fine, then the top got "curly" for no apparent reason...
