I'm glad they've been good to you.
I've ordered and received, as have friends. The issue is with the customer service whenever we've tried. I don't think we're difficult people, and frankly I'm tired of people just giving this company a free pass when it comes to below average customer service.
At the end of the day, they are a company taking our hard earned money. Taking our time. They make a profit, we add things to a "shopping cart" before "checking out". Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there are fantastic people working there (like every company), but their bottom line runs with the dollar. If they plan on taking more of people's income, they better step up their game.
